Description

少なくとも1つのレンズセグメントとして構成した第2レンズ素子が第2レンズ素子ブランクから形成されるまで、第2レンズ素子ブランクから材料を除去するステップと
を含む方法を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 第1レンズ素子(18)及び第2レンズ素子(20)を備え、前記第1レンズ素子(18)及び前記第2レンズ素子(20)が色消し方式で少なくとも部分的に協働し、該第2レンズ素子(20)を、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の材料のアッベ数及び/又は屈折率とは異なるアッベ数及び/又は屈折率を有する材料から製造した光学レンズであって、前記第2レンズ素子(20)を、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の周縁領域(28)にのみ配置した1つのレンズセグメント(26)として構成し、中心領域(34)には前記第1レンズ素子(18)しかなく、前記第2レンズ素子は、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の前記周縁領域(28)に沿って全周に延び、前記レンズ(10)の後側(16)は、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の後側と前記レンズセグメント(26)の後側とにより形成されることを特徴とする光学レンズ。
- 請求項1に記載の光学レンズにおいて、前記第2レンズ素子(20)を前記第1レンズ素子(18)の後側に配置したことを特徴とする光学レンズ。
- 光学レンズ(10)を作製する方法であって、該光学レンズ(10)は、第1レンズ素子(18)及び該第1レンズ素子(18)の周縁領域(28)にのみ配置した1つのレンズセグメント(26)として構成された第2レンズ素子(20)を備え、中心領域(34)には前記第1レンズ素子(18)しかなく、前記第2レンズ素子(20)は、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の前記周縁領域(28)に沿って全周に延び、前記レンズ(10)の後側(16)は、前記第1レンズ素子(18)の後側と前記レンズセグメント(26)の後側とにより形成される方法において、
第1レンズ素子ブランク(40)及び第2レンズ素子ブランク(42)を準備し、該第2レンズ素子ブランク(42)を、前記第1レンズ素子ブランクの材料のアッベ数及び/又は屈折率とは異なるアッベ数及び/又は屈折率を有する材料から製造するステップと、
前記第2レンズ素子(20)が前記第2レンズ素子ブランク(42)から形成されるまで、該第2レンズ素子ブランク(42)から材料を除去するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記第1レンズ素子ブランク及び前記第2レンズ素子ブランク(40、42)を相互接続した後に、材料を前記第2レンズ素子ブランク(42)から除去する方法。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の方法において、前記光学レンズ(10)は眼鏡レンズとして使用され、視力不良の矯正の処方に従って加工した第1レンズセグメント(18)を得るために、さらに材料を前記第1レンズ素子ブランク(40)から除去する方法。
