Claims (6)
- ガラス粉末、無機蛍光体粉末および溶媒を含む半導体発光素子封止材料であって、ガラス粉末の軟化点が400℃以下、溶媒が2,4−ジエチル−1,5−ペンタンジオールであることを特徴とする半導体発光素子封止材料。
- さらに、リン酸ジルコニウム、リン酸タングステン酸ジルコニウム、タングステン酸ジルコニウム、NZP型結晶およびこれらの固溶体から選択される少なくとも1種の低熱膨張性フィラー粉末を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半導体発光素子封止材料。
- ガラス粉末がSnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の半導体発光素子封止材料。
- SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスが、組成としてモル%で、SnO 35〜80%、P2O5 5〜40%、B2O3 1〜30%を含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の半導体発光素子封止材料。
- 無機蛍光体粉末が、酸化物、窒化物、酸窒化物、塩化物、酸塩化物、硫化物、酸硫化物、ハロゲン化物、カルコゲン化物、アルミン酸塩、ハロリン酸塩化物から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の半導体発光素子封止材料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の半導体発光素子封止材料を半導体発光素子上に塗布する工程、溶媒の沸点以上で熱処理を行うことにより脱溶媒する工程、およびガラス粉末の軟化点以上で焼成することにより半導体発光素子上に封止物を形成する工程を含むことを特徴とする半導体発光素子デバイスの製造方法。
