Claims (7)
- 回転機械(10)の静止部品(22)と回転部品(16)との間のクリアランス(32)を測定して、クリアランス測定信号を出力するように構成されたクリアランスセンサ(24)と、
クリアランスセンサ(24)に接続され、第1のセンサ情報を記憶するように構成されたセンサメモリ(98)と、
第2のセンサ情報を記憶するように構成されたエレクトロニクスインターフェースメモリ(94)と、
第1及び第2のセンサ情報を読み取って、第1及び第2のセンサ情報に基づくそれぞれ複数の較正データとクリアランスセンサとを適合させるように構成されたエレクトロニクスインターフェース(92)と
を備え、
前記第1のセンサ情報がクリアランスセンサの複数のプロト較正データに対する複数のスケーリングパラメータを含み、前記第2のセンサ情報がプロトセンサの複数の較正データを含む
ことを特徴とする、センサシステム(30)。 - 前記センサメモリ及びエレクトロニクスインターフェースメモリが、電子メモリ、電気メモリ、機械メモリ又はそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 第1のセンサ情報がクリアランスセンサの較正データをさらに含んでおり、エレクトロニクスインターフェースが較正データをクリアランス測定信号の較正に用いる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のシステム。
- 第1のセンサ情報がセンサ識別番号をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 第2のセンサ情報が、各較正データポイントについての各々の識別番号をもつ複数の較正データをさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- クリアランスセンサの較正方法(120)であって、
第1のセンサ情報をクリアランスセンサメモリに記憶するステップ(122)と、
第2のセンサ情報をエレクトロニクスインターフェースメモリに記憶するステップ(124)と、
クリアランスセンサメモリから第1のセンサ情報を読み取るステップ(126)と、
第1のセンサ情報及び第2のセンサ情報に基づいてクリアランスセンサを較正するステップ(128)と
を含み、
前記第1のセンサ情報がクリアランスセンサの複数のプロト較正データに対する複数のスケーリングパラメータを含み、前記第2のセンサ情報がプロトセンサの複数の較正データを含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 第2のセンサ情報を記憶するステップが、センサ識別番号の変化からクリアランスセンサの交換を検出し、複数の新たな較正データをエレクトロニクスインターフェースメモリに手動でダウンロードすることを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
