Claims (11)
- 特に吸気装置用の膜弁であって、
可撓性を有する材料でなり、かつ、ほぼ中央に配置された固定開口部(11)を備える平面な膜(1)と、
前記膜(1)よりいくぶん小さい空気口(21)を有するフレーム(2)と、
ウェブ(22)経由で前記フレーム(2)に接続され、かつ、保持開口部(24)を有する保持器(23)と、
前記保持開口部(24)及び前記固定開口部(11)へ挿入されるシャフト(31)と、前記シャフト(31)より大径なヘッド(32)とを備えるとともに、前記シャフト(31)における前記ヘッド(32)付近の部分が、前記ヘッド(32)に近づくに連れて直径が増大するように形成されているピン(3)と、を有し、
前記シャフト(31)を前記保持開口部(24)に挿入して前記ピン(3)が前記保持器(23)に支持され、かつ、前記シャフト(31)における前記ヘッド(32)付近の部分が前記固定開口部(11)に挿入されて前記ヘッド(32)と前記保持器(23)との間に前記膜(1)が配置される状態では、前記ヘッド(32)に近づくに連れて前記シャフト(31)が前記膜(1)により強く圧入されることにより、前記膜(1)の縁部が前記空気口(21)の周りの前記フレーム(2)に押圧接触されることを特徴とする膜弁。 - 前記保持開口部(24)内に、前記シャフト(31)に対する止め具が配設され、前記膜(1)に面する前記ヘッド(32)の表面と前記膜(1)に面する前記保持器(23)の表面との間の距離が前記膜(1)の厚さと同じ大きさである程度に、前記シャフト(31)が前記保持開口部(24)内に侵入することを可能にする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜弁。
- 前記膜(1)の表面が円形である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の膜弁。
- 前記膜(1)の両方の表面が平坦である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜弁。
- 前記固定開口部(11)が円筒状であり、かつ前記膜(1)の前記フレーム(2)側の面に垂直に向けられ、および、前記シャフト(31)における前記ヘッド(32)に隣接する部分が前記シャフト(31)の円筒状のセクションにマージする円錐台である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜弁。
- カラーが、前記固定開口部(11)のまわりに前記膜(1)上に一体的に形成され、かつ前記保持器(23)内の前記保持開口部(24)の中に突き出る、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜弁。
- 請求項6に記載の膜弁であって、
−ドームまたは
−円錐台または
密閉体が、前記カラー上に一体的に形成される、ことを特徴とする膜弁。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の膜弁であって、前記シャフト(31)の前記自由端が、
−前記膜(1)の前記カラーに相補的であるように形成され、かつ
−その中に圧入されるかまたは粘着して接合され、および
−前記カラーが、前記保持器(23)の前記保持開口部(24)内に圧入されるかまたは粘着して接合される、ことを特徴とする膜弁。 - 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜弁であって、前記シャフト(31)の前記自由端が、前記保持開口部(24)に
−圧入される、
−粘着して接合される、
−鋲着される、
−融着される、
−ネジ止めされる、またはそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする膜弁。 - 吸気装置であって、
−液体作用物質用の噴霧化装置および
−生きている有機体の呼吸空気用の誘導装置、を含有し、
前記呼吸空気用の前記誘導装置が、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に従う少なくとも1個の膜弁を備える、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜弁であって、
−吸気装置または
−レスピレータ
−肺臓診断装置または
−呼吸マスクまたは
−酸素器具または
−潜水器具、に適用されることを特徴とする膜弁。
