Claims (1)
- 流体通路が設けられた弁箱と、流体通路の周縁に設けられた弁座と、弁座に押圧または離間されて流体通路を開閉する球面状のダイヤフラムと、下端に球面状の押圧面を有しダイヤフラムを押圧するダイヤフラム押さえと、ダイヤフラムを上下移動させるアクチュエータとを備えているダイヤフラム弁において、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記ダイヤフラム押さえに向かって凸形状をなし、前記ダイヤフラム押さえは、前記ダイヤフラムに向かって凸形状をなし、
ダイヤフラムの曲率半径をSRa、ダイヤフラム押さえの押圧面の曲率半径をSRbとして、SRb/SRa=0.4〜0.6とされているダイヤフラム弁。
