Claims (3)
- 糸球体を模写する糸球体マイクロ流路、細尿管を模写する細尿管マイクロ流路、およびヘンレのループを模写するヘンレのループマイクロ流路を含み、老廃物が含まれている血液と水を通過させると、前記血液から前記老廃物が分離されて前記血液は浄化され、前記分離された老廃物は前記水に対して濃縮されて排出される多重マイクロ流路;
血液が流入される血液流入部、前記血液が前記多重マイクロ流路を経て浄化された後に排出される血液排出部、および、前記血液流入部、前記糸球体マイクロ流路、前記細尿管マイクロ流路、前記ヘンレのループマイクロ流路、および前記血液排出部を順次に連結する血液通路を備えた血液浄化経路;
前記糸球体マイクロ流路、前記細尿管マイクロ流路、および前記ヘンレのループマイクロ流路に水を流入させる水流入部;
前記多重マイクロ流路を経て前記水に老廃物が濃縮された後に排出される老廃物排出部、および、前記糸球体マイクロ流路、前記細尿管マイクロ流路、前記ヘンレのループマイクロ流路、および前記老廃物排出部を順次に連結する老廃物通路を備えた老廃物濃縮経路;
を含み、
前記糸球体マイクロ流路は、前記血液から葡萄糖と尿素を含む小分子を分離して前記水に合流させ、ヘモグロビンを含む大分子は前記血液に残し、
前記細尿管マイクロ流路は、前記小分子を含む水を前記葡萄糖を含む水と前記尿素を含む水とに分離し、
前記ヘンレのループマイクロ流路は、前記葡萄糖を含む水、前記尿素を含む水、ならびに前記葡萄糖を含む水および前記尿素を含む水とは別途に流入される水のそれぞれにおける水の量を浸透圧により調節した後、前記葡萄糖を含む水を、前記ヘモグロビンが残された血液に合流させて浄化された血液として排出し、前記尿素を含む水を、前記老廃物を含む水として排出する人工腎単位装置。 - 前記糸球体マイクロ流路は、前記大分子と前記小分子との間の粒子分離のために前記水を流入させて拡散を利用する、請求項1に記載の人工腎単位装置。
- 前記細尿管マイクロ流路は、前記小分子の間の粒子分離のために前記小分子を含む水とは別途に水を流入させて拡散および電気浸透圧を利用する、請求項1に記載の人工腎単位装置。
