Claims (11)
- バイオマスとプラスチックを含む一般廃棄物を処理するプロセスであって、
処理される前の廃棄物を破砕するステップと、
前記の破砕された廃棄物を、大気圧より1バール未満の高い気圧で、150℃から200℃の間の温度で、蒸気処理ユニットの端から端まで撹拌しながら継続的に動かす蒸気により処理するステップと、
前記蒸気により処理された廃棄物から前記バイオマスと前記プラスチックを分別するステップと、
前記プラスチックを溶媒に溶かし、得られた液体を蒸発コンテナに入れ、前記液体から発生した蒸気を触媒で処理した後に蒸留することにより、前記プラスチックをディーゼル燃料に転化するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 前記温度が160℃から180℃の間である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気圧が、0.25バール大気圧より高い、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記廃棄物の撹拌がドラムを回転することによって達せられる、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記バイオマスを分解し、その結果得られた材料を、蒸留するとバイオエタノールを製造できる液体を生産するために、酵母で処理することにより、バイオエタノールへ転化させる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記バイオマスの分解が酵素を使用して達せられる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酵素が、アスペルギルス由来の酵素である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分解が、セルロース分解微生物と栄養分を使用することにより達せられる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酵母が、サッカロミセス・セレビシエ(saccharomyces
cerevisiae)である、請求項5記載のプロセス。 - 前記バイオマスの一部がガス化され、水素が抽出される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素が発電のために燃料電池へ送られる、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
