Abstract
Description
また、本発明の他の目的は、強度が高く高精度で低抵抗な滑りねじ装置用のナットを効率良く生産することができるナット加工方法を提供することにある。
このように、ねじ軸20の外周面には、谷部23と外周22とによって雄ねじ21が形成され、該雄ねじ21は、ナット10の雌ねじ11と螺合する。
尚、ナット10には、ナット10を図示しないブラケット等へ固定するためのフランジ14や、その他図示しない固定用のねじ穴等を形成しても良い。
即ち、素材10bの内周面に、ナット加工用切削工具1の外周面2で雌ねじ11の谷部12を切削形成し、凹溝3で山部13を切削形成する。

Claims (1)
- 少なくとも、ナットの素材に下穴を加工する工程と、
前記下穴にナット加工用切削工具を相対回転させて挿入し前記ナットの内周面にねじを加工する工程と、
前記ねじが加工された前記内周面を硬化処理する工程と、を具備し、
前記ナットの素材は、アルミニウムであり、
前記ナット加工用切削工具は、円柱状の切削部の外周面に断面円弧状で螺旋状に延在し底部の径が前記下穴の径よりも大きい凹溝を有し、前記凹溝に挟まれる部分の前記外周面が前記ナット加工用切削工具の縦断面において前記ナット加工用切削工具の軸に対して平行な直線状であり、
前記ねじを加工する工程では、前記凹溝によって断面円弧状で螺旋状に延在する前記ねじの山部を切削成形し、前記凹溝に挟まれる部分の前記外周面によって前記縦断面において前記軸に対して平行且つ直線状となる前記ねじの谷部を切削成形し、
前記硬化処理する工程では、前記内周面に陽極酸化被膜を形成することを特徴とする滑りねじ装置のナット加工方法。
