Description
動的心臓データは、2つの空間的大きさ及び1つの時間軸の、生の又は処理されたデータであってもよい。つまり、動的心臓データは、心臓、心臓の周囲及び心臓の血管の2次元投影に関する情報を生成してもよい。更に、このデータは時間情報を有するので、異なる時間的瞬間の心臓の状態及び血液循環が知られうる。従って、心臓の動きが視覚化されうる。
オーバーレイ画像5の提示は、グレースケールで又はカラーで実現されてもよい。ここで、オーバーレイ画像5に含まれる2つの異なる画像1及び3は、異なる色で提示されてもよい。

Claims (13)
- 冠状動脈情報を動的に視覚化する装置が実行する方法であって、前記装置が:
造影剤が第1の領域内で検出される第1の心臓段階中に第1の動的心臓データを取得する段階;
前記造影剤が第2の領域内で検出される第2の心臓段階中に第2の動的心臓データを取得する段階;
前記第1の心臓データ及び前記第2の心臓データを、前記造影剤を有する前記第1及び第2の領域の両方を示す重ね合わせの提示で連続的に視覚化する段階;
前記第1の心臓データと前記第2の心臓データとの間の空間対応を計算する段階;
を有し、
1つの心周期内の同一の段階に対応する前記第1の心臓データ及び前記第2の心臓データは、同時に視覚化され、
心臓段階は、前記注入された造影剤を有する特定の血液量又は血液容量が血液循環の特定の段階を通過する時間を定める、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の心臓段階及び前記第2の心臓段階は、冠状動脈情報の動脈段階、灌流段階及び静脈段階のうちの対応する1つである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記装置が、前記第1の心臓段階と前記第2の心臓段階との間の遷移点を決定する段階;
を更に有し、
前記第1の心臓データは、前記遷移点の前に取得され、
前記第2の心臓データは、前記遷移点の後に取得される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記2つの心臓データを重ね合わせの提示で連続的に視覚化する段階は、前記第2の心臓段階中に開始する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の心臓データのうちの少なくとも1つは、外部信号に基づき取得される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 動的心臓データは、複数の心周期中に取得され、
前記第1の心臓データ及び前記第2の心臓データは、該取得されたデータから選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の心臓データのうちの少なくとも1つは、取得された動的心臓データに含まれる情報に基づき選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の心臓データは、最適な冠状動脈の視認性を有する完全な心周期に対応し、
前記第2の心臓データの選択は、前記選択された第1の心臓データに基づく、
ことを特徴とする請求項6及び7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記装置が、前記第1の心臓段階中に、背景の減算を実行する段階;
を更に有する請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記装置が、前記第2の心臓段階中に、背景の減算を実行する段階;
を更に有する請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 冠状動脈情報を取得し動的に視覚化する装置であって:
−X線を放射するX線源;
−造影剤が第1の領域内で検出される第1の心臓段階中に第1の動的心臓データを取得し、前記造影剤が第2の領域内で検出される第2の心臓段階中に第2の動的心臓データを取得するよう構成されたX線検出器;
−前記第1の心臓データと前記第2の心臓データとの間の空間対応を計算し、前記第1及び前記第2の心臓データを、連続的に重ね合わせるよう構成された計算ユニット;
−前記造影剤を有する前記第1及び第2の領域の両方を示す前記の重ね合わせの提示を表示するディスプレイ・ユニット;
を有し、
前記第1の心臓データ及び前記第2の心臓データは、1つの心周期内の同一の段階に対応し、同時に視覚化され、
心臓段階は、前記注入された造影剤を有する特定の血液量又は血液容量が血液循環の特定の段階を通過する時間を定める、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - コンピュータで実行されると、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法を実行するようにされたコンピュータ・プログラム。
- 請求項12に記載のコンピュータ・プログラムを有するコンピュータ可読媒体。
