Claims (5)
- 冠状動脈を再構成するための検査装置であって、
少なくとも1つのX線画像取得装置と、
計算ユニットと、
心電図装置と、
表示装置と、
を有し、
前記心電図装置は、ゲーティング信号を供給し、
前記画像取得装置は、Cタイプであるとともに、前記冠状動脈の左又は右分岐の一方に注入された造影剤により、前記冠状動脈の左及び右分岐の前記一方の第1のゲーティングされたX線画像シーケンスを取得し、前記冠状動脈の他方の分岐に注入された造影剤により、前記冠状動脈の前記他方の分岐の第2のゲーティングされたX線画像シーケンスを取得し、
前記計算ユニットは、前記左及び右冠状動脈のゲーティングされた再構成を実施し、前記冠状動脈のボリュームデータを生成し、前記冠状動脈の前記ボリュームデータを時間的に位置合わせし、前記冠状動脈の前記ボリュームデータを空間的に位置合わせし、前記冠状動脈の前記ボリュームデータを組み合わせて、組み合わせられた冠状動脈ツリーボリュームデータセットを生成し、
前記表示装置は、前記組み合わせられた冠状動脈ツリーボリュームデータセット画像を視覚化する、装置。 - 前記計算ユニットが、
各心位相ごとに、組み合わせられた冠状動脈ツリーボリュームデータセットを生成し、
少なくとも1つの組み合わせられた冠状動脈ツリーフィルムシーケンスを生成する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記計算ユニットが、前記左及び右冠状動脈の変位量を決定し、前記決定された変位量を視覚的な値に変換し、
前記表示装置が、前記変位量を表示する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記計算ユニットが、前記変位量を時間と関連付けることによって、前記左及び右冠状動脈の変位のスピードを決定し、前記決定されたスピード値を視覚的な値に変換し、
前記表示装置が、スピードオカレンスを表示する、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置を具備するX線イメージングシステム。
