Description
Claims (8)
- 互いに独立して軸方向にスライド可能な3つのカム要素(10、11、12)と、連続したゲートパス(14、15)を有する切替えゲート(13)とを備え、該ゲートパスが、該3つのカム要素(10、11、12)を順次連続してスライドさせるために設けられている内燃機関バルブトレイン装置であって、
該ゲートパス(14、15)が、3つの切替えセグメント(16、17、18、19、20、21)を有し、該切替えセグメントが該3つのカム要素(10、11、12)の1つにそれぞれ割り当てられ、
2つのカム要素(10、11)およびゲート要素(22)が、それぞれ該ゲートパス(14、15)の一部を形成し、
接続ユニット(23)が、該カム要素(10、11、12)の1つと該ゲート要素(22)を移動可能に互いに連結する
ことを特徴とする内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。 - 前記ゲートパス(14、15)の一部をそれぞれ形成する前記カム要素(10、11)が、少なくとも前記切替えゲート(13)の範囲で、それぞれ約120度のカムシャフト角度の角度範囲を占めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 前記ゲートパス(14、15)が、360度のカムシャフト角度の長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 前記ゲート要素(22)が、少なくとも前記切替えゲート(13)の範囲で約120度の角度範囲を占めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 前記ゲートパス(14、15)が、コースインセグメント(24、25)を有し、該コースインセグメントが少なくとも1つの前記切替えセグメント(16、19)と少なくとも部分的に一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 前記ゲートパス(14、15)が、コースアウトセグメント(26、27)を有し、該コースアウトセグメントが少なくとも1つの前記切替えセグメント(18、21)と少なくとも部分的に一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 第2のゲートパス(15)が、前記第1のゲートパス(14)に対して位相をずらして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
- 切替えユニット(28)が、切替え方向ごとにただ1つの切替えピン(29、30)を有し、該切替えピンが前記切替えゲート(13)を使用してすべてのカム要素(10、11、12)を対応する切替え方向にスライドさせるために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関バルブトレイン装置。
