Description
図1は、一の実施形態でのエアコンプレッサ装置の全体構成の例を示す図である。一の実施形態でのエアコンプレッサ装置は、例えばトラック等の車両に搭載されており、車両のエアブレーキの倍力装置1へ圧縮空気を供給するエア源として機能する。また、一の実施形態でのエアコンプレッサ装置は、車両のエンジン2の動力を用いて空気の圧縮を行う。
上記の実施形態では、エンジンの回転数が閾値以上であるときに、エアコンプレッサ4の負荷運転への切り替えタイミングを、カットイン圧の到達時よりもガバナー5が遅延させる例を説明した。しかし、上記の実施形態において、エンジンの回転数が閾値以上であるときに、ガバナー5は、エアコンプレッサ4の負荷運転への切り替えタイミングを、カットイン圧に到達するよりも前に変更してもよい。
Claims (3)
- エアタンクと、
負荷運転時にエンジンの動力を用いて前記エアタンクに圧縮空気を供給し、無負荷運転時に前記エアタンクへの圧縮空気の供給を停止するエアコンプレッサと、
前記エアコンプレッサの前記負荷運転と前記無負荷運転とを切り替えるガバナーと、を備え、
前記ガバナーは、前記エンジンの回転数が閾値以上のとき、前記エアコンプレッサを前記無負荷運転から前記負荷運転に切り替える切り替えタイミングを前記エンジンの回転数が閾値未満のときと変化させることを特徴とするエアコンプレッサ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のエアコンプレッサ装置において、
前記ガバナーは、前記エンジンの回転数が閾値以上のとき、エンジンの回転数が閾値未満のときと比べて前記切り替えタイミングを遅延させることを特徴とするエアコンプレッサ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のエアコンプレッサ装置において、
前記ガバナーは、前記エアタンクの圧力が限界圧力に低下するときに、前記エアコンプレッサを前記負荷運転に強制的に切り替えることを特徴とするエアコンプレッサ装置。
