Claims (13)
- 内部に軸方向に移動可能なピストン(3)が配置されるボアホール(4)を有するハウジング(2)と、このハウジング内で回転可能かつ軸方向に移動可能に支持され、一方のシャフト端(6)がハウジング開口を貫通する駆動用シャフト(5)と、シャフト(5)の回転をピストン(3)の軸方向移動に変換する2つの反転傾斜路部材(12,13)を備え、1つの傾斜路部材(12)はハウジング(2)に回転固定され、1つの傾斜路部材(13)はシャフト(5)に回転固定され、更に、スピンドル(21)と、このスピンドル(21)とシャフト(5)との間に配置されたアキシアル軸受(15)とを備える、ディスクブレーキのブレーキキャリパ(1)であって、
前記アキシアル軸受(15)は、均質材料の基材から一体的に形成され、さらにアキシアル軸受(15)の少なくとも1の端面(35,36)は、中心(37)から半径方向外方に放射状に延びる複数の溝(39,40,41)を有し、これらの溝(39,40,41)は、半径方向外方に向けて幅が広がる断面形状、又は、平面視で台形形状を有することを特徴とするブレーキキャリパ。 - 前記アキシアル軸受(15)は非金属材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記均質材料の基材は、少なくとも一部に、繊維強化材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 構成要素として、前記繊維強化剤は、フィラメント、意図又は撚糸の形態、特に、合成繊維部、合成繊維織布又は1又は複数のこれらの成分の組合せの形態の1又は複数の統計的に無方向性の埋設された合成繊維を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記繊維強化材は、少なくとも1の炭素繊維部を有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記繊維強化材は、少なくとも1のガラス繊維部を有することを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか1つに記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記均質な材料の基材は、少なくとも1のプラスチック材料部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記プラスチック材料は、特に熱可塑性ポリマー材料であるポリマー材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリエーテル ケトン(PEK)のグループに属することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記溝(39,40,41)の断面形状は、ほぼ矩形形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記溝(39,40,41)は、一定の深さ(t)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記溝(39,40,41)は、半径方向外方に開口し、半径(r)の丸みを付けられ、アキシアル軸受(15)の周部(U)に連続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
- 前記溝(39,40,41)は、アキシアル軸受(15)の双方の端面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキキャリパ。
