Description
しかし、上記の如く構成した場合には、拘束部の間に挿入する支持板が必要となるため、部品点数及び工数の増加に繋がっていた。
なお、本発明の技術的範囲は以下の実施例に限定されるものではなく、本明細書及び図面に記載した事項から明らかになる本発明が真に意図する技術的思想の範囲全体に、広く及ぶものである。それぞれの図面には本明細書における説明で用いる方向を矢印で記載している。
集電端子45は、中実構造の集電部45aと、集電部45aと連結される板状の通電部45bと、が一体的にプレス成形されている。
集電部45aは通電部45bから内側に突出したブロック状に形成され、拘束部20b・20bの間に介挿されて電極体20に接続される。集電部45aの前後幅は拘束部20b・20bの間隔(図2中の幅A)と同程度となるように形成されている。また、図2に示す如く、本実施形態における集電部45aには、その前後面のそれぞれに突起部45c・45cが形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 長尺の正極、負極及びセパレータを捲回して捲回中心軸と直交する所定方向に圧縮した電極体と、該電極体の捲回中心軸方向の両端部に位置する集電箔にそれぞれ接続される二個の集電端子と、を有する二次電池であって、
前記電極体には、前記集電箔を束ねた拘束部が、前記所定方向で互いに対向する位置に、互いの間隔が前記電極体における前記所定方向の厚みの1/2となるように形成され、
前記二個の集電端子はそれぞれ、前記所定方向の幅が前記拘束部の間隔と同じ長さに形成され、互いに対向する前記拘束部の間に介挿されて前記電極体に接続される中実構造の集電部、及び、該集電部と連結され、前記集電部の幅よりも大きいとともに前記電極体における前記所定方向の厚さからはみださない幅に形成されて、前記電極体の捲回中心軸方向の両端面に沿うように配置される通電部、が一体的に形成され、
前記集電部において、前記拘束部と対向する前記所定方向側の面のそれぞれには、前記拘束部の側に突出する突起部が形成される、ことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 長尺の正極、負極及びセパレータを捲回して捲回中心軸と直交する所定方向に圧縮した電極体と、該電極体の捲回中心軸方向の両端部に位置する集電箔に接続される集電端子と、を接続する、二次電池の集電端子構造であって、

前記集電端子を、前記所定方向の幅が前記拘束部の間隔と同じ長さに形成される中実構造の集電部、及び、該集電部と連結され、前記集電部の幅よりも大きいとともに前記電極体における前記所定方向の厚さからはみださない幅に形成されて、前記電極体の捲回中心軸方向の端面に沿うように配置される通電部、で一体的に形成し、
前記集電部を互いに対向する前記拘束部の間に介挿して前記電極体に接続し、
前記集電部において、前記拘束部と対向する側の面のそれぞれには、前記拘束部の側に突出する突起部が形成される、ことを特徴とする、二次電池の集電端子構造。
