Description
1〜30マイクロメータの径及び50〜200nmの厚さ、アスペクト比約1:90の小板状のコランダム粒子を、国際公開第2004/060804A1号パンフレット(特許文献3)の例5と同様に製造する。
含浸樹脂中にコランダム小板片がない以外は例1における方法と同様に行った。
小板状のコランダムの代わりに、ドイツ国特許出願公開第102007008468A号明細書(特許文献4)に従って製造された、120nmのd90を有するナノコランダムを、例1で挙げた含浸樹脂中に8%濃度で加えた。化粧紙の製造及び積層化は、例1と同様に行った。
小板状のコランダムの代わりに、80μmのd90を有する球状の粗大コランダムを、例1で挙げた含浸樹脂中に8%濃度で加えた。その粗大コランダムを有する液剤は第1の含浸時にしか使用しなかった。第2の含浸は、コランダムのないKauraminで行った。化粧紙の製造及び積層化は、例1と同様に行った。
Claims (11)
- コランダム結晶格子を有する酸化アルミニウムからなる板状の単結晶粒子をオーバーレイ中に含む積層体であって、該粒子が、50〜500nmの厚さ及び1〜50マイクロメータの範囲内の平均径を有することを特徴とする、前記積層体。
- 前記粒子が、1:10〜1:100のアスペクト比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記粒子のアスペクト比が、1:50〜1:100であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層体。
- 前記粒子が金属でドープされたコランダムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の積層体。
- 前記粒子が、1〜20g/m2の量で前記オーバーレイ中に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の積層体。
- 前記板状の粒子が、10〜100μmの粒度の球状の粗大コランダムと組み合わされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の積層体。
- コランダム結晶格子を有する板状の酸化アルミニウムを含浸樹脂溶液と混合し、その混合物を、紙又は織布に、トップコートオーバーレイで含浸させ、そしてその含浸させた紙又は織布をホットプレスで支持板上に施用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記紙又は織布を、一回又は中間で乾燥して複数回、含浸樹脂溶液を含む浴に通し、そして引き続いてトップコートオーバーレイ含浸が行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記トップコートオーバーレイ含浸が、前記板状の酸化アルミニウム粒子を含む浴中に浸すことによって、あるいは板状の酸化アルミニウム粒子及び含浸樹脂溶液からなる液状混合物を噴霧することによって遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記トップコートオーバーレイ含浸が、すでに樹脂が含浸されておりそして前記板状の酸化アルミニウム粒子、場合によっては及び球状の粗大コランダムを原紙材中に含有するオーバーレイ紙を用い、そのオーバーレイ紙を、紙又は織布上に置き、そしてホットプレスで前記支持板上に施用することによって遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記紙が化粧紙である、請求項7又は10に記載の方法。
