Description
Claims (14)
- 複数のローラをもつコンベヤベルトと、コンベヤベルトを通過し、ローラと相互作用して当該ローラの回転に影響を与える磁場とを備え、前記磁場は静止した磁石により生成されるコンベヤ。
- ローラが、少なくとも二つの磁極を持つロータを有する請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。
- 磁極がらせん状または直線状である請求項2に記載のコンベヤ。
- ロータが、溝間にセグメント化された磁極を提供するため、交差する周縁に、時計回りに平行な溝と反時計回りに平行な溝を有する請求項2に記載のコンベヤ。
- 前記磁石が、コンベヤに沿って離れて置かれ、コンベヤベルトのローラ下にある請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。
- 磁石が電磁石または永久磁石である請求項5に記載のコンベヤ。
- ローラが製品を支持するローラ、またはインラインローラ、または横ローラ、または斜めローラである請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。
- 磁場を介してローラを回転させるために、ベルト移送方向にコンベヤベルトが進む請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。
- コンベヤベルトを形成するため端から端までヒンジで連結された一連のベルトモジュールであって、各モジュールがベルト移送方向における第1の端部から第2の端部に延びる本体部分を備えるベルトモジュールを備え、
少なくともいくつかのモジュールの本体部分が、搬送面と当該搬送面の反対側の底面と、本体部分に形成された少なくとも一つの空洞部または開口部と、回動自在に回転するように空洞内に配置されたローラとを有する請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。 - ロータが磁性材料または金属材料でできている請求項2に記載のコンベヤ。
- 磁場と複数ローラのロータを結合し、ロータとスイッチドリラクタンスモータを形成するために置かれた複数のステータを備える請求項1に記載のコンベヤ。
- ステータがコンベヤベルトの下に置かれている請求項11に記載のコンベヤ。
- ステータがコイルを備え、コンベヤがさらに磁場を変更すべくコイルに選択的に電圧を加えるコイル駆動回路を備える請求項12に記載のコンベヤ。
- 製品の移送方法であって、
a)コンベヤベルトのローラの上で製品を支持するステップと;
b)スイッチドリラクタンスモータ、電磁石、または永久磁石により生成される磁場下にローラを置くステップであって、磁石を通過するコンベヤベルトの直線移動がロータに回転動作を与えるステップと;
c)磁場で回転方向にローラを回転させるステップと;
d)回転ローラでコンベヤベルトに沿って、1つ以上の製品を前進させるステップとを備える方法。
