Claims (8)
- 船舶に複数が離隔配置されて、上下方向にスライドできるよう設置された浮力部材と、
各前記浮力部材の上端部に連結設置されて、波によって上昇する前記浮力部材の移動力が伝達される複数の油圧シリンダーと、
前記油圧シリンダーの油圧が相互連結するよう設置されて、波頭に位置する前記浮力部材の上昇に伴い前記油圧シリンダーの上昇によって発生する油圧を、波の谷部に位置する前記油圧シリンダーに供給させながら前記浮力部材を下降させて浮力を上昇させながら船舶の搖れを抑制させる油圧連結ラインとを含む船舶用振動減少装置。 - 前記浮力部材は船舶の船首及び船尾に配置された請求項1に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
- 前記浮力部材は船舶の両側面に対向するように配置された請求項1に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
- 前記浮力部材は船舶の船底部に配置された請求項1に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
- 前記油圧シリンダーと前記油圧連結ラインの間に配置されて、波による前記浮力部材の上昇で発生する前記油圧シリンダーの高圧状態の油圧は前記油圧シリンダーと前記油圧連結ラインを通過するようにして、前記船舶に積載する貨物のような船舶の浮力より小さな荷重の変化による油圧は前記油圧シリンダーと前記油圧連結ラインを通過できないように制御するダンパーバルブを含む請求項1に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
- 前記ダンパーバルブは、
両端部が各々前記油圧シリンダー及び前記油圧連結ラインに連通結合し、内側には第1止め台及び第2止め台が形成された筒状のボディと、
前記ボディの底面と前記第2止め台の間に上下方向でスライドできるように設置し、中央に貫通孔が形成された第1調節板と、
前記第1調節板と前記ボディの底面の間に設置し、前記第1調節板を支持する第1弾性部材と、
前記第1止め台に上下方向でスライドできるように貫通設置し、下端部には前記第1調節板に対向する第2調節板が形成された制御ロッドと、
前記第2調節板と前記第1止め台の間に位置するように前記制御ロッドに外挿設置し、前記第2調節板が前記第1調節板の貫通孔を塞ぐようにする第2弾性部材とを含む、請求項5に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。 - 前記第2弾性部材の弾性力は前記第1性部材の弾性力より大きい請求項6に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
- 船舶には各々前記浮力部材が挿入された状態で上下方向に移動するようにガイドする筒状のガイド部材をさらに備え、前記ガイド部材の内側に配置され、前記浮力部材の上昇時に、前記ガイド部材との衝突による衝撃が発生しないようにする第3弾性部材をさらに含む請求項1または請求項5に記載の船舶用振動減少装置。
