Description
<含浸原紙>
含浸紙を構成する含浸原紙を、表1に示すように作製した。すなわち、表1に示すように、針葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)10質量%と、広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)70質量%と、化学繊維であるPETを20質量%とを配合した後に、JIS−P8121(1995)に準じて測定した離解フリーネスが600ccになるように調整した原料パルプに、湿潤紙力剤(星光PMC株式会社製WS4024)を有姿で0.5質量%(5kg/t)、乾燥紙力剤(星光PMC株式会社製DS4356)を有姿で0.4質量%(4kg/t)配合して、表層、中層及び裏層用の原料パルプスラリーを得た。これらの原料パルプスラリーを用い、円網抄紙機にて表層、1層の中層、及び裏層の紙層を抄き合わせて、表層の付け量を46g/m 2 、中層の付け量を48g/m 2 、裏層の付け量を46g/m 2 とし、米坪が140g/m 2 、密度が0.60g/cm 3 の含浸原紙を得た。
<塗工液>
この含浸原紙に含浸塗布する塗工液を、表2に示すように作製した。すなわち、熱可塑性樹脂として、カルボキシ変性SBR(日本エイアンドエル株式会社製 SR102 Tg:21℃)、さらにスルファミン酸塩類(株式会社三和ケミカル製)を配合させた塗工液を得た。
<含浸紙の作成>
上記含浸原紙に、ディッピングスクイズ式含浸機を用いて、表3に示すように、上述した樹脂等の含有量対含浸原紙比が100%、樹脂等の含有量対含浸紙比が50%となるように、塗工液を含浸原紙に含浸塗布させて、含浸紙(実施例1)を作成する。ここで、樹脂等の含有量対含浸紙比とは、含浸紙に対する樹脂及びスルファミン酸塩類の含有量の比率を言う。

吸水長さ膨張率(%)=((吸水後の縦方向の紙の長さ−吸水前の縦方向の紙の長さ)/吸水前の縦方向の紙の長さ)×100
「横方向における吸水時の寸法変化率(%)」とは、含浸紙の吸水時のX軸方向の寸法変化率を測定したもので、JIS−A5905(2003)の繊維板に規定されている上記の「吸水長さ膨張率」の測定方法を流用し、上記(数1)の「縦方向の紙の長さ」を「横方向の紙の長さ」に置き換えて算出した値である。なお、原紙の抄紙機の流れ方向と直角の方向を横方向とする。
Claims (4)
- カルボキシ変性SBR、アクリレート、未変性SBR、変性NBR、変性MBRのいずれかから選択される1種類又は2種類の熱可塑性樹脂を含む塗工液を含浸原紙に塗布又は含浸させて形成された床材用含浸紙であって、
前記含浸原紙には、化学繊維が混抄されており、
また前記塗工液には、寸法安定化剤としてスルファミン酸塩類が配合されており、
前記含浸原紙は、JIS−P8118(1998)に準じて測定した米坪を130〜600g/m2、さらに密度を0.5〜1.0g/cm3とすることを特徴とする床材用含浸紙。 - 前記化学繊維は、前記含浸原紙を構成する全原料パルプに対して5〜40質量%配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の床材用含浸紙。
- 前記塗工液は、前記熱可塑性樹脂及び前記スルファミン酸塩類の含有量対含浸原紙比が30〜150%となるように前記含浸原紙に含浸又は塗布され、JIS−A5905−6−9(2003)に準じて測定した吸水時の寸法変化率が縦方向で1%以下、横方向で3%以下、厚さ方向で30%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の床材用含浸紙。
- JIS−K6854−1(1999)に準じて測定した剥離接着強さ(90度剥離強度)が350g/15mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の床材用含浸紙。
