プレポリマー1(プレポ1):
927.9gのISO1と75gのISO2と0.15gのDIBISを、窒素供給口と攪拌器、凝縮器、滴下ロートを備えた2lの四つ口フラスコに入れ、約60℃に加熱した。60℃で、496.95gのポリオール1をゆっくり30分かけて添加し、混合物を80℃でさらに2時間攪拌した。得られたプレポリマーのNCO含量は20.0%であった。
884.85のISO1と180gのISO2と0.15gのDIBISを、窒素供給口と攪拌器、凝縮器、滴下ロートを備えた2lの四つ口フラスコに入れ、約60℃に加熱した。60℃で、435gのポリオール2をゆっくり30分かけて添加し、混合物を80℃でさらに2時間攪拌した。得られたプレポリマーのNCO含量は21.8%であった。
Claims (5)
- a)有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)b1)脂肪族主鎖骨格を有するポリエステルオールとb2)脂肪族主鎖骨格を有するポリエーテルポリオールから製造され、第一級OH基の比率が50%未満であるポリマーポリエーテルオールとを含むポリオールと、
c)水を含む発泡剤と、任意に
d)鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤と、
e)触媒と、
f)他の助剤及び/又は添加物
と混合して、反応混合物を形成し、これを所定の型に導入し反応させて一体型ポリウレタンフォーム成型物を形成することからなる、密度が150〜450g/lである一体型ポリウレタンフォーム成型物の製造方法。 - 含水率が、成分(a)〜(f)を基準として0.1〜2質量%である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成分b)が、成分b3)としてポリマーポリエステルオールを含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項により得られる一体型ポリウレタンフォーム成型物。
- 請求項4に記載の一体型ポリウレタンフォーム成型物の靴底としての使用方法。
