Abstract
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯玩具及其制备方法。由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:A组分:聚醚多元醇DEP‑330N 85~100份、POP93/28 10~15份、水0.4~0.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.5~0.8份、胺催化剂0.30~0.50份、交联剂1.0~2.0份、扩链剂1.5~2.0份、稀释剂25~30份,B组分为改性黑料25~30份。本发明制备的聚氨酯玩具,不怕水洗,仿真度高,舒适度强,触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹;本发明还提供其制备方法,加工工艺简单,生产效率高,制作工艺复杂的玩具造型能做得栩栩如生,工艺合理,制备方法简单易实施。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯玩具及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯玩具是市场上用聚氨酯材质做成的玩具,聚氨酯玩具是一种新型档次较高的玩具,使用安全,无毒,表面光滑,造型可爱,色彩亮丽。柔软可手,挤压之后,不久就会弹回原样。低温柔顺性好,140℃下稳定,不受臭氧侵蚀的影响,耐辐射。目前市场上所售的聚氨酯玩具耐磨性差,高温下尺寸稳定性差。
发明内容
针对现有材料的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯玩具,不怕水洗,仿真度高,舒适度强;本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
本发明所述的聚氨酯玩具,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
其中:改性黑料为NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。
其中:
官能度为3、分子量为5000的聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇DEP-330N,由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。官能度为3、分子量为7000的接枝聚醚多元醇聚醚多元醇POP-93/28,由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。采用这两种聚醚多元醇,制备得到的制品具有表面结皮好、手感好,脱模时间快,制品手感好、硬度大等优点。
泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂10366,迈图高新材料有限公司生产,具有稳定泡沫和调节泡孔,乳化泡沫物料的作用。
胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33,美国气体化工产品公司生产,利用其高活性对凝胶反应和发泡反应起到较强的催化作用。
交联剂为二乙醇胺,在稳定泡沫结构的同时对聚氨酯反应有一定的催化作用。
扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇,把反应中的分子链进一步扩大,增加制品的柔韧性。
稀释剂为二氯甲烷。
改性黑料为用官能度为3、分子量为700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为30-45:70-85在80-90℃下反应2-3小时得到的NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。采用该改性黑料作为原料做出的制品表面光滑、韧性好。
所述的聚氨酯玩具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
搅拌器转速为4000-5000r/min,采用此范围的转速可以更充分的混匀各组分料。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明制作的玩具外表栩栩如生,不怕水洗,颜色凝固度好,颜色鲜艳与真玩具一样触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹,耐磨性好,高温下具有很好的尺寸稳定性。
(2)在制作过程中,聚氨酯材料的玩具可加入香精,让玩具散发着的香味。
(3)本发明还提供其制备方法,加工工艺简单,生产效率高,制作工艺复杂的玩具造型能做得栩栩如生,工艺合理,制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯玩具,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
其中:改性黑料为用官能度为3、分子量为700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为35:75在85℃下反应2.5小时得到的NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25℃,调节搅拌器转速到4500r/min,将预热至25℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌20s,将混合物料倒入预热至40℃的模具中,8min后脱模,得到产品。
实施例1制备的玩具外表栩栩如生,不怕水洗,颜色凝固度好,触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹,耐磨性好,高温下具有很好的尺寸稳定性。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯玩具,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
其中:改性黑料为用官能度为3、分子量为700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为30:70在80℃下反应3小时得到的NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23℃,调节搅拌器转速到5000r/min,将预热至23℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌25s,将混合物料倒入预热至35℃的模具中,10min后脱模,得到产品。
实施例2制备的玩具外表栩栩如生,不怕水洗,颜色凝固度好,触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹,耐磨性好,高温下具有很好的尺寸稳定性。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯玩具,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
其中:改性黑料为用官能度为3、分子量为700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为45:85在90℃下反应2小时得到的NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min,将预热至27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s,将混合物料倒入预热至45℃的模具中,5min后脱模,得到产品。
实施例3制备的玩具外表栩栩如生,不怕水洗,颜色凝固度好,触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹,耐磨性好,高温下具有很好的尺寸稳定性。
Claims (9)
1.一种聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
官能度为3、分子量为5000的聚醚多元醇 85~100份,
官能度为3、分子量为7000的接枝聚醚多元醇 10~15份,
水 0.4~0.5份,
泡沫稳定剂 0.5~0.8份,
胺催化剂 0.30~0.50份,
交联剂 1.0~2.0份,
扩链剂 1.5~2.0份,
稀释剂 25~30份,
B组分:
改性黑料 25~30份;
其中:改性黑料为用官能度为3、分子量为700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为30-45:70-85在80-90℃下反应2-3小时得到的NCO含量为28.5%的改性黑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:官能度为3、分子量为5000的聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇DEP-330N。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:官能度为3、分子量为7000的接枝聚醚多元醇聚醚多元醇POP-93/28。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂10366,迈图高新材料有限公司生产。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:交联剂为二乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯玩具,其特征在于:稀释剂为二氯甲烷。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的聚氨酯玩具的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
