Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料及其制备方法。聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料由A组分和B组分组成,A组分:聚醚多元醇ED‑28、聚醚多元醇POP‑93/28、水、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、交联剂、扩链剂;B组分:改性黑料。本发明制作的幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料不添加有害溶剂、原料无毒、不含金属催化剂,产品无异味、环保、安全、耐磨、承载能力高、抗冲击性高、回弹范围广,可缓冲儿童嬉戏打闹时倒地碰墙时的撞击力。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在大部分幼儿园没有对墙角、地面、墙面进行铺装材料的包覆造成幼儿磕伤、跌伤的现象。
目前,传统的主要用于墙角、地面、墙面铺装的材料由于不能达到环保标准,有毒有味,因此使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,不添加有害溶剂、原料无毒、不含金属催化剂,产品无异味、环保、安全;本发明同时提供了聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料的制备方法,具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,能耗低,所做制品不怕水洗,舒适度强的优点。
本发明所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料 15-35份。
所述的聚醚多元醇ED-28是由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量4000的聚醚多元醇,用这类多元醇做的制品表面结皮好、手感好、脱模时间快等。
所述的聚醚多元醇POP-93/28是由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量7000的接枝聚醚多元醇,用这类多元醇做的制品手感好、硬度大等。
所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂10366;泡沫稳定剂10366是迈图生产,稳定泡沫和调节泡孔,乳化泡沫物料的作用。
所述的胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33;美国气体化工产品公司生产的A33,主要利用它的高活性,对凝胶反应和发泡反应起到较强的催化作用。
所述的交联剂为二乙醇胺,稳定泡沫结构的同时对聚氨酯反应有一定的催化作用。
所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇,把反应中的分子链进一步扩大,增加制品的柔韧性。
所述的改性黑料是用3官能度,分子量700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200做的NCO含量28.5%的改性黑料;黑料PM200是万华化学集团股份有限公司生产;采用改性黑料作为原料做出的制品表面光滑,韧性好等。
本发明所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25±2℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至25±2℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至40±5℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)制作的幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料能添加不同颜色色浆,所制产品五颜六色、活泼可爱。在制作过程中,聚氨酯材料的幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料可加入香精,让幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料散发着香味。颜色鲜艳与真幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料一样触摸手感好,踩压后不留任何痕迹。
(2)制作的幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料可采用不同磨具制作不同造型,结合彩绘可制作很多卡通形象,生动可爱。
(3)制作的幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料不添加有害溶剂、原料无毒、不含金属催化剂,产品无异味、环保、安全。
(4)制作的聚氨酯幼儿园围墙、地面铺装材料耐磨,承载能力高,抗冲击性高,回弹范围广,可缓冲儿童嬉戏打闹时倒地碰墙时的撞击力。
(5)本发明制备方法简单易实施。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料如下:
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料 15kg。
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25℃,调节搅拌器转速到4500r/min,将预热至25℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌20s,将混合物料倒入预热至40℃的模具中,6min后脱模,得到产品。
产品指标见表1。

将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min,将预热至23℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s,将混合物料倒入预热至35℃的模具中,5min后脱模,得到产品。

将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温27℃,调节搅拌器转速到5000r/min,将预热至27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌25s,将混合物料倒入预热至45℃的模具中,10min后脱模,得到产品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,其特征在于所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂10366。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,其特征在于所述的胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,其特征在于所述的交联剂为二乙醇胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,其特征在于所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料,其特征在于所述的改性黑料是用3官能度,分子量700的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200做的NCO含量28.5%的改性黑料。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的聚氨酯幼儿园铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25±2℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至25±2℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25s,将混合物料倒入预热至40±5℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
