Abstract

本发明涉及一种防撞条用聚氨酯海绵及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯技术领域。所述的聚氨酯海绵,由A组份和B组份制成,以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:聚醚多元醇A 50~70份,聚合物多元醇B 30~50份,水0.2~0.8份,泡沫稳定剂0.5‑0.9份,胺催化剂0.3~0.5份,交联剂1~3份,海绵色浆1~2份;B组份为改性黑料15~25份。其制备方法是将A组分加入搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度;然后将B组分加入到A组分中,搅拌后立即倒入模具中,熟化后得到成品。本发明的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵具有良好的韧性、耐冲击性、耐磨性和耐水解性,其制备方法简单,生产效率高。

本发明涉及一种防撞条用聚氨酯海绵及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市场上出售的防撞条多为橡胶材质,其机械性能、耐磨性能均较差,且生产工艺也不环保,因此,有必要对防撞条进行进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,具有韧性好、耐冲击性好、耐磨的特点;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,由A组份和B组份制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组份由以下原料:
改性黑料 15~25份;
其中;
所述的聚醚多元醇A为3官能度,分子量为4800的聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯醚多元醇,优选DEP-330N,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司,用此类多元醇制备得到的制品表面结皮好,且脱模时间快。
所述的聚合物多元醇B为3官能度,分子量为6500的聚合物多元醇,优选POP-36/28,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司,用此类多元醇制备得到的制品手感好、硬度大;
所述的改性黑料为100LL。
所述的泡沫稳定剂的型号为Y-10366,生产厂家为美国迈图,主要起乳化泡沫物料、稳定泡沫和调节泡孔的作用欧冠。
所述的胺催化剂为凝胶催化剂A33,优选的生产厂家为美国气体化工产品公司,由于其高活性,对发泡反应和凝胶反应能起到较强的催化作用。
所述的交联剂为二乙醇胺,主要起促进交联、增强韧性的作用。
本发明所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组份中的各原料按配比量加入到搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度至23-27℃,同时将B组份预热至23-27℃;
(2)将模具预加热35-45℃,并保持温度恒定;
(3)调整搅拌器转速为4000r/min,将B组份加入到混合好的A组份中搅拌10s,然后将其加入至模具中,5-10min后脱模,熟化24h后得到防撞条用聚氨酯海绵。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵具有良好的韧性、耐冲击性、耐磨性和耐水解性,其制备方法简单,生产效率高。

(1)将A组份中的各原料按配比量加入到搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度至23℃,同时将B组份预热至23℃;
(2)将模具预加热35℃,并保持温度恒定;
(3)调整搅拌器转速为4000r/min,将B组份加入到混合好的A组份中搅拌10s,然后将其加入至模具中,5min后脱模,熟化24h后得到防撞条用聚氨酯海绵。

防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,由A组份和B组份制成,其中:

制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组份中的各原料按配比量加入到搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度至25℃,同时将B组份预热至25℃;
(2)将模具预加热40℃,并保持温度恒定;
(3)调整搅拌器转速为4000r/min,将B组份加入到混合好的A组份中搅拌10s,然后将其加入至模具中,8min后脱模,熟化24h后得到防撞条用聚氨酯海绵。
实施例3
防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,由A组份和B组份制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:

100LL 23份。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组份中的各原料按配比量加入到搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度至27℃,同时将B组份预热至27℃;
(2)将模具预加热45℃,并保持温度恒定;
(3)调整搅拌器转速为4000r/min,将B组份加入到混合好的A组份中搅拌10s,然后将其加入至模具中,10min后脱模,熟化24h后得到防撞条用聚氨酯海绵。

改性黑料为100LL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂的型号为Y-10366,生产厂家为美国迈图。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,其特征在于:胺催化剂为凝胶催化剂A33。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵,其特征在于:交联剂为二乙醇胺。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一所述的防撞条用聚氨酯海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组份中的各原料按配比量加入到搅拌器中混合均匀并调整温度至23-27℃,同时将B组份预热至23-27℃;
(2)将模具预加热35-45℃,并保持温度恒定;
(3)调整搅拌器转速为4000r/min,将B组份加入到混合好的A组份中搅拌10s,然后将其加入至模具中,5-10min后脱模,熟化24h后得到防撞条用聚氨酯海绵。
