Abstract

本发明公开了一种电视背景墙用聚氨酯及其制备方法,属于建筑物装修工程领域,具体的说,涉及一种用于表面保护的墙面覆盖物。所述电视背景墙用聚氨酯由以下重量份组分制成:聚醚多元醇:60~80份、聚合物多元醇:40~20份、水:1.5~3.5份、泡沫稳定剂:0.5~1.0份、开孔剂0.5~3份、催化剂0.11~0.88份、交联剂:1~2份、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯:35~40份。本发明所制备的聚氨酯无毒、健康、环保,价格低廉。

电视背景墙用聚氨酯及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑物装修工程领域,具体的说,涉及一种用于表面保护的墙面覆盖物。
背景技术
电视背景墙,是从公共建筑装修中引入的一个概念。它主要是指在客厅、办公室、卧室主要的有一面墙能反映自己的形象和风格。电视背景墙是居室背景墙装饰的重点之一,在背景墙设计中占据相当重要的地位,电视背景墙通常是为了弥补家居空间电视区背景墙的空旷,同时起到修饰电视区背景墙的作用。
玻璃、木质材料、油漆、瓷砖、石头、聚氨酯泡沫等材料均可用作电视背景墙,聚氨酯泡沫因其较好的保温性能和适中的价格、较好的装饰效果,也是电视背景墙的常用材料。现有的聚氨酯泡沫电视背景墙,多以TDI为原料制造,该类聚氨酯电视背景墙,容易产生挥发性气体,对人体造成健康损害,而以改性MDI制造的聚氨酯泡沫,但是这种制品同等量的发泡剂发泡密度大,改性MDI价格高,增加了电视背景墙的成本。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种健康、环保的电视背景墙用聚氨酯及其制备方法。
本发明所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,由以下重量份的A组分和B组分制成:
A组分:
B组分:
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯  35~40份。
所述聚醚多元醇,为环氧乙烷封端,官能度为2~3、分子量4000~5000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%。
所述聚合物多元醇,羟值为25~29mgKOH/g,水分≤0.05%,粘度≤3500mPa.s/25℃,pH=6~9,可以选用德信联邦公司产型号为POP-36/28的多元醇。
优选的,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷;水优选为去离子水,为化学发泡剂。
优选的,所述开孔剂为聚醚多元醇,其羟值为49.5~52.5mgKOH/g,酸值≤0.05mgKOH/g,水份≤0.05%,粘度=650-850mPa.s/25℃,不饱和值≤0.05mmol/g≤,pH=5~7,可以采用德信联邦所产型号为DEP-505S的聚醚多元醇。
优选的,所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和三乙烯二胺的丙二醇溶液,所述辛酸亚锡和三乙烯二胺的丙二醇溶液的质量比为0.01~0.08:0.1~0.8。
优选的,所述交联剂为二乙醇胺。
所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯及其制备方法,将A和B组分恒定20~25℃,将两组分混合搅拌10~15秒倒入发泡磨具内进行发泡、磨具充分排气,熟化20~30分钟,得到产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明以PAPI为原料,PAPI的活性低,蒸气压低,只是TDI的百分之一,基本上不蒸发,故毒性很低;TDI的制备过程较PAPI更加复杂,因此PAPI成本较TDI要低,市场价格只有TDI的四分之三,本发明降低了原料成本;其制备方法简单易实施;生产过程无毒、健康、环保,制品价格低廉。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步解释。
实施例1
一种电视背景墙用聚氨酯,由以下重量份的A组分和B组分制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇(德信联邦产DEP-330N,羟值:34mgKOH/g,主体聚醚)  60份
聚合物多元醇(德信联邦产POP3628,控制产品硬度)  40份
去离子水  3.5份
泡沫稳定剂聚二甲基硅氧烷(AK7733)  1份
开孔剂(德信联邦产DEP-505S)  2份
催化剂辛酸亚锡(T9)  0.05份
催化剂三乙烯二胺的丙二醇溶液(A33)  0.8份
交联剂二乙醇胺  1.5份
B组分:
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)  40份
其中,A组份中催化剂三乙稀二胺的丙二醇溶液中,三乙稀二胺的质量分数为33%,所述重量份为溶液的重量份。
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速4000r/min下混合搅拌10秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化36h,得到整体密度35kg/m3,压缩硬度40%(CLD40),4.2Kpa的产品。
实施例2
一种电视背景墙用聚氨酯,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇(德信联邦产DEP-330N,羟值:34mgKOH/g,主体聚醚)  70份
聚合物多元醇(德信联邦产POP3628,控制产品硬度)  30份
去离子水(化学发泡剂)  2.5份
泡沫稳定剂AK7733  0.8份
开孔剂(德信联邦产聚醚多元醇DEP-505S)  2份
催化剂T9  0.05份
催化剂A33  0.8份
交联剂二乙醇胺  1.5份
B组分:
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)  38份
其中,A组份中催化剂三乙稀二胺的丙二醇溶液中,三乙稀二胺的质量分数为33%,所述重量份为溶液的重量份。
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速4000r/min下混合搅拌10秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化36h,得到整体密度50kg/m3,压缩硬度40%(CLD40),6.0Kpa产品。
实施例3
一种电视背景墙用聚氨酯,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇(德信联邦产DEP-330N,羟值:34mgKOH/g,主体聚醚)  80份
聚合物多元醇(德信联邦产POP3628,控制产品硬度)  20份
化学发泡剂去离子水  1.5份
泡沫稳定剂AK7733  0.5份
开孔剂(德信联邦产聚醚多元醇DEP-505S)  2份
催化剂T9  0.05份
催化剂A33  0.8份
交联剂二乙醇胺  1.5份
B组分:
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)  35份
其中,A组份中催化剂三乙稀二胺的丙二醇溶液中,三乙稀二胺的质量分数为33%,所述重量份为溶液的重量份。
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速4000r/min下混合搅拌10秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化36h,得到整体密度60kg/m3压缩硬度40%(CLD40),6.4Kpa的产品。

1.一种电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述电视背景墙用聚氨酯由以下重量份的A组分和B组分制成:
A组分:
B组分:
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯  35~40份
所述聚醚多元醇官能度为2~3、分子量4000~5000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述聚合物多元醇,羟值为25~29mgKOH/g,水分≤0.05%,粘度≤3500mPa.s/25℃,pH=6~9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述开孔剂为聚醚多元醇,其羟值为49.5~52.5mgKOH/g,酸值≤0.05mgKOH/g,水份≤0.05%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡和三乙烯二胺的丙二醇溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述辛酸亚锡和三乙烯二胺的丙二醇溶液的质量比为0.01~0.08:0.1~0.8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述交联剂为二乙醇胺。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一权利要求所述的电视背景墙用聚氨酯及其制备方法,其特征在于,将A和B组分恒定20~25℃,将两组分混合搅拌10~15秒倒入发泡磨具内进行发泡、磨具充分排气,熟化20~30分钟,得到产品。
