本发明公开了一种车门密封条微量发泡组合物,由组分A和B按重量比100:24~28组成,其中,组分A以重量份数计,原料如下:聚醚多元醇40~60份,聚合物多元醇60~40份,硬泡聚醚多元醇4~6份,开孔硅油1.8~2.2份、三乙烯二胺1.2~1.4份,有机锡催化剂0.25~0.35份,水1.5~1.7份,色浆0.4~0.6份,所述聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇加起来为100份;组分B由甲苯二异氰酸酯与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯混合得到,其中甲苯二异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%,多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%。还公开了车门密封条微量发泡工艺。

车门密封条微量发泡组合物及发泡工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及车门密封条技术领域,具体涉及一种车门密封条微量发泡组合物及发泡工艺。
背景技术
车门密封条可以用橡胶、塑料或橡塑材料通过挤塑成型,然后嵌在车门上,其工艺较为复杂且多了一道工序。聚氨酯发泡生产密封条操作简单,不需要模具,生产密封条可以在车门板上一体成型。其难点在于对原料粘度、反应过程中粘度的变化以及发泡反应速度的掌控,要求其原料浇注到门板上后马上发生发泡反应,粘度迅速增加,原料不再在门板上流淌,且发泡倍率适中,固化成型快,不收缩,这样才能在门板上形成外观匀称的密封条,但是目前市面上很少有能够用于批量规模生产上的在车门板上一体成型的密封条发泡配方和工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种能够一体化成型、工艺简单、产品硬度适中的车门密封条微量发泡组合物及发泡工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:
一种车门密封条微量发泡组合物,由组分A和B按重量比100:(24~28)组成,其中,
组分A以重量份数计,原料如下:
聚醚多元醇40~60份,聚合物多元醇60~40份,硬泡聚醚多元醇4~6份,开孔硅油1.8~2.2份、三乙烯二胺1.2~1.4份,有机锡催化剂0.25~0.35份,水1.5~1.7份,色浆0.4~0.6份,所述聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇加起来为100份;
组分B由甲苯二异氰酸酯与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯混合得到,其中甲苯二异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%,多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%。
所述聚醚多元醇为羟值30-36mg KOH/g的高活性聚醚多元醇,平均分子量为4600-5200;所述聚合物多元醇羟值在23-29mg KOH/g,固含量为26-30%;所述硬泡聚醚多元醇羟值在700-800mg KOH/g。
一种车门密封条微量发泡工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:
配组分A:取权利要求1或2所述的组分A,将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按比例加入配料釜中,开启搅拌,依次加入开孔硅油、三乙烯二胺、有机锡催化剂、硬泡聚醚多元醇、水、色浆在配料釜里,搅拌30~50分钟;
配组分B:取权利要求1或2所述的组分B,混合均匀即得;
(2)参数设定:将上述配制的组分A和组分B抽到密封条微量发泡机里,调节浇注比例为组分A和组分B按重量比100:(24~28),调节原料温度在20-30℃,设定浇注流量,编制浇注轨迹;
(3)浇注发泡:按既定轨迹启动浇注作业,在门板上自由发泡,即得门板密封条。
在所述步骤(2)参数设定中,设置微量发泡机的浇注流量为1ml/s。
硬泡聚醚多元醇起交联剂作用且有自催化功能,固化快;开孔硅油为表面活性剂,起稳定原料体系和发泡过程中调节泡孔大小及开闭孔的作用;胺催化剂为三乙烯二胺,为发泡过程中的平衡催化剂,起到发泡反应和凝胶反应的催化平衡作用;有机锡催化剂为强凝胶催化剂加快产品固化成型;化学发泡剂用水,其与B料反应产生二氧化碳气体,从而使产品产生泡孔结构;色浆为常用聚氨酯泡沫用色浆,为泡沫着色。
本发明的有益效果是:1、使用了胺醚(硬泡聚醚多元醇)做交联剂,有自催化作用,后固化更快,且能提高密封条硬度;2、本发明微量发泡组合物和工艺使用微量发泡设备,最小吐料量在1g/s甚至更低,该设备可数控编程浇注轨迹,也可导入CAD图做浇注轨迹,操作简单、能够精准成型;3、自由发泡一体化成型,工艺简单、工序少,连修边工序都省了。本发明能够占领市场先机,市场前景好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但并不因此而限制本发明。
实施例1采用微量发泡制作车门密封条
(1)配料:将聚醚多元醇(330N)60公斤,聚合物多元醇(3630)40公斤加入到配料釜中,开启搅拌(60-80RPM),依次加入开孔硅油2.2公斤,胺催化剂三乙烯二胺1.4公斤,有机锡催化剂0.25公斤,硬泡聚醚多元醇(牌号403)6公斤,化学发泡剂水1.5公斤,色浆0.4公斤,持续低速搅拌30分钟,即配得A料。TDI和MDI按重量比2:8混合均匀,配得B料。
(2)参数设定:将配得的A料和B料抽到微量发泡机料罐里,调节原料温度在20-30℃,调节浇注比例为100:24,设定好浇注流量1ml/s,编制好浇注轨迹。
(3)浇注发泡:按既定轨迹启动浇注作业,微量发泡机发泡头沿轨迹移动,均匀吐出A料、B料的混合物,在门板上自由发泡,即得门板密封条。
(4)产品性能指标:
①密封条密度:100--110Kg/m3
②密封条邵A硬度:70-80度;
③泡沫阻燃性:燃烧速度≤100mm/min。
实施例2采用微量发泡制作车门密封条
(1)配料:将聚醚多元醇(3135)40公斤,聚合物多元醇(3628)60公斤加入到配料釜中,开启搅拌(60-80RPM),依次加入开孔硅油1.8公斤,胺催化剂三乙烯二胺1.2公斤,有机锡催化剂0.35公斤,硬泡聚醚多元醇(牌号403)4公斤,化学发泡剂水1.7公斤,色浆0.6公斤,持续低速搅拌40分钟,即配得A料。TDI和MDI按重量比3:7混合均匀,配得B料。
(2)参数设定:将配得的A料和B料抽到微量发泡机料罐里,调节原料温度在20-30℃,调节浇注比例为100:28,设定好浇注流量1ml/s,编制好浇注轨迹。
(3)浇注发泡:按既定轨迹启动浇注作业,微量发泡机发泡头沿轨迹移动,均匀吐出A料、B料的混合物,在门板上自由发泡,即得门板密封条。
(4)产品性能指标:
①密封条密度:80--90Kg/m3
②密封条邵A硬度:70-75度;
③泡沫阻燃性:燃烧速度≤100mm/min(美国汽车行业阻燃标准)。
实施例3采用微量发泡制作车门密封条
(1)配料:将聚醚多元醇(330G)50公斤,聚合物多元醇(104)50公斤加入到配料釜中,开启搅拌(60-80RPM),依次加入开孔硅油2公斤,胺催化剂三乙烯二胺1.3公斤,有机锡催化剂0.3公斤,硬泡聚醚多元醇(牌号403)5公斤,化学发泡剂水1.6公斤,色浆0.5公斤,持续低速搅拌50分钟,即配得A料。TDI和MDI按重量比8:2混合均匀,配得B料。
(2)参数设定:将配得的A料和B料抽到微量发泡机料罐里,调节原料温度在20-30℃,调节浇注比例为100:26,设定好浇注流量1ml/s,编制好浇注轨迹。
(3)浇注发泡:按既定轨迹启动浇注作业,微量发泡机发泡头沿轨迹移动,均匀吐出A料、B料的混合物,在门板上自由发泡,即得门板密封条。
(4)产品性能指标:
①密封条密度:90--100Kg/m3
②密封条邵A硬度:75-80度;
③泡沫阻燃性:燃烧速度≤100mm/min。

Claims (4)

1.一种车门密封条微量发泡组合物,其特征在于:由组分A和B按重量比100:(24~28)组成,其中,
组分A以重量份数计,原料如下:
聚醚多元醇40~60份,聚合物多元醇60~40份,硬泡聚醚多元醇4~6份,开孔硅油1.8~2.2份、三乙烯二胺1.2~1.4份,有机锡催化剂0.25~0.35份,水1.5~1.7份,色浆0.4~0.6份,所述聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇加起来为100份;
组分B由甲苯二异氰酸酯与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯混合得到,其中甲苯二异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%,多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯占组分B的重量百分比为20~80%。
2.如权利要求1所述的车门密封条微量发泡组合物,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为羟值30-36mg KOH/g的高活性聚醚多元醇,平均分子量为4600-5200;所述聚合物多元醇羟值在23-29mg KOH/g,固含量为26-30%;所述硬泡聚醚多元醇羟值在700-800mg KOH/g。
3.一种车门密封条微量发泡工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:
配组分A:取权利要求1或2所述的组分A,将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按比例加入配料釜中,开启搅拌,依次加入开孔硅油、三乙烯二胺、有机锡催化剂、硬泡聚醚多元醇、水、色浆在配料釜里,搅拌30~50分钟;
配组分B:取权利要求1所述的组分B,混合均匀即得;
(2)参数设定:将上述配制的组分A和组分B抽到密封条微量发泡机里,调节浇注比例为组分A和组分B按重量比100:(24~28),调节原料温度在20-30℃,设定浇注流量,编制浇注轨迹;
(3)浇注发泡:按既定轨迹启动发泡浇注,在门板上自由发泡,即得门板密封条。
4.如权利要求3所述的车门密封条微量发泡工艺,其特征在于:在所述步骤(2)参数设定中,设置微量发泡机的浇注流量为1ml/s。
