Description
(1) 互いに重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮して断面視矩形状の先端部に成形する電線端部の成形方法であって、
前記先端部の角部を成形する隅部を有する成形溝が設けられた下金型および上金型により構成される一対の型によって、重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮し、前記型の隅部及び前記型同士の境目に形成される隅部で各角部が成形された断面視矩形状の先端部を成形し、
前記下金型の成形溝の縁部と前記上金型の成形溝の縁部の突き合わせ位置が圧縮方向にずらされていること。
(2) 互いに重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮して断面視矩形状の先端部に成形する電線端部成形用型であって、
前記先端部の角部を成形する隅部を有する成形溝が設けられた下金型および上金型により構成される一対の型を備え、それぞれの前記型は、互いに突き合わされることにより、前記成形溝が合わされ、前記成形溝の縁部によって隅部が形成され、
前記下金型の成形溝の縁部と前記上金型の成形溝の縁部の突き合わせ位置が圧縮方向にずらされていること。

Claims (2)
- 互いに重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮して断面視矩形状の先端部に成形する電線端部の成形方法であって、
前記先端部の角部を成形する隅部を有する成形溝が設けられた下金型および上金型により構成される一対の型によって、重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮し、前記型の隅部及び前記型同士の境目に形成される隅部で各角部が成形された断面視矩形状の先端部を成形し、
前記下金型の成形溝の縁部と前記上金型の成形溝の縁部の突き合わせ位置が圧縮方向にずらされていることを特徴とする電線端部の成形方法。 - 互いに重ね合わせた電線の導体を、その重ね合わせ方向から圧縮して断面視矩形状の先端部に成形する電線端部成形用型であって、
前記先端部の角部を成形する隅部を有する成形溝が設けられた下金型および上金型により構成される一対の型を備え、それぞれの前記型は、互いに突き合わされることにより、前記成形溝が合わされ、前記成形溝の縁部によって隅部が形成され、
前記下金型の成形溝の縁部と前記上金型の成形溝の縁部の突き合わせ位置が圧縮方向にずらされていることを特徴とする電線端部成形用型。
