圧着工程前の板状にされた平角導線の一端部は、幅の細い2つの板状の部分が、平角導線の厚さの半分未満の間隔を空けて、導体を間に挟まずに重なった形状となる。

Claims (4)
- 平角導線を筒状部を有する接続部材と接続する、平角導線の接続方法であって、
前記平角導線の一端部を前記平角導線の長手方向に沿って二つ折りすることにより、前記一端部を、二つ折りされる前の前記一端部の幅よりも細い幅を有する板状にする屈曲工程と、
前記板状にされた前記平角導線の一端部を前記筒状部の中空部に挿入する挿入工程と、
前記中空部に挿入された前記平角導線の一端部を、二つ折りされることによって互いに逆方向を向く一対の板状面の少なくとも一方が前記筒状部の内壁面に接触する状態で前記筒状部に圧着する圧着工程と、
を含み、
前記圧着工程前の前記板状にされた平角導線の一端部は、
幅の細い2つの板状の部分が、前記平角導線の厚さの半分未満の間隔を空けて、導体を間に挟まずに重なった形状となる、
平角導線の接続方法。 - 前記屈曲工程は、
前記平角導線の一端部を前記平角導線の長手方向に沿って第一の角度まで折り曲げる第一の屈曲工程と、
前記第一の角度まで折り曲げられた前記平角導線の一端部を、前記平角導線の長手方向に沿って、前記第一の角度よりも大きい第二の角度まで折り曲げることにより、前記平角導線の一端部を、前記第一の角度に折り曲げられる前の前記一端部の幅よりも細い幅を有する板状にする第二の屈曲工程と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載の平角導線の接続方法。 - 前記圧着工程において、
前記板状面と前記筒状部の内壁面とを面接触させる、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の平角導線の接続方法。 - 前記屈曲工程の前に、前記平角導線の一端部を覆う絶縁被膜のうち、1つの面の絶縁被膜を除去する除去工程
を更に含み、
前記屈曲工程において、
前記除去された面が外側を向くように、前記平角導線の一端部を前記平角導線の長手方向に沿って二つ折りする、
請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の平角導線の接続方法。
