Claims (9)
- 動かされる縦長の供試品(9)の容量性検査装置(1)であって、
供試品(9)を受入れるための測定コンデンサ(21)を持つ容量性測定回路(2)が含まれ、
特定の基本周波数及び特定の信号形状を持つ交流信号を測定コンデンサ(21)に印加する少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)が含まれ、
容量性測定回路(2)が、印加される交流信号の基本周波数及び信号形状に影響を与えないように、少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)から切離されており、
測定コンデンサ(21)から取出される電気信号の少なくとも1つの電気的測定量を検出する検出手段(7)が含まれている装置において、
印加される交流信号の基本周波数及び/又は信号形状が可変であり、更に、任意の位相位置の交流信号が発生可能であるように、少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)が構成されており、
検出手段(7)が、コンデンサ装置(21)の後に接続されてこのコンデンサ装置(21)から取出される電気信号に少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.2)の交流信号を乗算する乗算器(74)を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)により所定の振幅の交流信号が発生可能であるように、少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)が構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)の後に、交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)により発生される交流信号を濾波する少なくとも1つのフィルタ(51〜53)が接続されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)が、次の集合即ちR−C発振器、LC発振器、水晶発振器、セラミックコンデンサを持つ発振器、SAW構成要素を持つ発振器、論理構成要素を持つ発振器、シンセサイザ、位相制御ループ、パルス幅変調器、マルチバイブレータから選ばれている、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)がダイレクト・デジタル・シンセサイザである、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 複数の交流信号発生器(3.1,3.2)が存在し、異なる交流信号発生器(3.1,3.2)の交流信号の位相が所定の位相差だけ互いに移相可能であるように、交流信号発生器(3.1,3.2)を制御する制御手段(4)が構成されている、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の装置。
- 動かされる縦長の供試品(9)の容量性検出方法であって、供試品(9)が測定コンデンサ(21)へ入れられ、特定の基本周波数及び特定の信号形状を持つ交流信号が少なくとも1つの交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)により発生されて、測定コンデンサ(21)へ印加され、測定コンデンサ(21)が、印加される交流信号の基本周波数及び信号形状に著しく影響しないように、交流信号発生器(3,3.1,3.2)から切離され、測定コンデンサ(21)から取出される電気信号の少なくとも1つの電気的測定量が検出される方法において、
印加される交流信号の基本周波数及び/又は信号形状と、更に位相位置とが変化され、
電気的測定量を検出するため、コンデンサ装置(21)から取出される電気信号を交流信号に乗算することによって、電気信号が復調される、
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 付加的に交流信号の振幅が変化される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 複数の交流信号が発生され、その相互位相が所定の位相差だけ互いに移相されている、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
