Description
本出願は、2010年3月18日付けで出願した米国仮特許出願番号61/315317(これの開示は引用することによって本明細書に組み入れられる)の利益を請求するものである。
ウム含有量の希土類含有FCC触媒組成物を提供することにある。
本発明は、接触分解条件、特に流動接触分解(FCC)条件下で接触分解活性を示す分解用ゼオライト成分上で比較的少量のイットリウムを希土類と組み合わせて交換を起こさせるとFCC工程中に生じる軽質オレフィンの収率を高くする能力を有する触媒組成物がもたらされることを見いだしたことを包含する。接触分解で活性を示すゼオライト上で希土類に対して特定の比率で交換されたイットリウムは相乗的に作用して軽質オレフィンの収率を高くすると同時にガソリン用オレフィンの収率を最大限にすることを見いだした。
い限り、イットリウムまたはイットリウム化合物の重量測定値は、当該技術分野で通常用いられている元素分析技術(これらに限定するものでないが、誘導結合プラズマ(ICP)分析方法が含まれる)で酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)として報告されている測定値を指す。
.75重量%用いかつ希土類に対するイットリウムの比率を3から50の範囲にして受けさせると、ゼオライト上の希土類の量は約0.583重量%から約0.035重量%の範囲になるであろう。しかしながら、分解用ゼオライト成分上で交換されたイットリウムと希土類の全体量が典型的には約2.33重量%以下、好適には約0.20重量%から約2.0重量%の範囲になるようにする。
AT PLU(登録商標)、ISOCAT(登録商標)、Z−CAT HP(商標)、ZMX(登録商標)、ZOOM(登録商標)、PENTACAT(商標)、PROPLYMAX(商標)、ISOCAT HP(商標)、SUPER Z(商標)、PENTACAT HP(商標)、PENTACAT PLUS(商標)、OCTAMAX(商標)、OCTAMAX HP(商標)、K−1000(商標)、K−2000(商標)、BOOST(商標)、IsoBOOST(商標)およびMOA(商標)の下で販売されている添加剤が含まれる。本発明の好適な態様におけるZSM−5添加剤は、燐安定化ZSM−5添加剤、例えば米国特許第6,916,757号(これの開示は引用することによって本明細書に組み入れられる)に開示されているそれなどである。そのような軽質オレフィン用ZSM−5添加剤を好適には本触媒組成物の約0.2重量%から約30重量%の範囲の量で用いる。
で前記原料を分子量がより低い化合物に変化させる。
(i)再生させた熱分解用触媒源と供給材料を接触させることで、その供給材料に接触分解を接触分解ゾーン、通常は接触分解条件下で機能させるライザー型分解ゾーン内で受けさせることによって、分解生成物を含有して成る流出物およびコークスと除去可能な炭化水素を含有する使用済み触媒を生じさせる、
(ii)その流出物を排出させた後に、それに分離を通常は1個以上のサイクロン内で受けさせることで、分解生成物が豊富に存在する気相および使用済み触媒を含有して成る固体が豊富に存在する相を生じさせる、
(iii)前記気相を生成物として取り出して、それに分溜をFCC主要カラムおよびそれの関連した側カラム内で受けさせることで、気体状および液状の分解生成物(ガソリンを包含)を生じさせる、
(iv)前記使用済み触媒に抽出を通常は蒸気を用いて受けさせることで、吸蔵されている炭化水素を前記触媒から除去した後、その抽出を受けさせた触媒に再生を触媒再生ゾーン内で受けさせることで熱再生触媒を生じさせ、それを次に分解用ゾーンの中に再循環させることでさらなる量の供給材料に分解を受けさせる。

Claims (14)
- 軽質オレフィンの生成量が最大限になるように炭化水素に接触分解を受けさせるための触媒組成物であって、接触分解条件下で接触分解活性を有するゼオライトを含有して成っていて前記ゼオライトがイットリウムおよび少なくとも1種の希土類金属による交換を受けておりかつ前記ゼオライト上で交換されたイットリウムの量が前記ゼオライトの1.75重量%から0.175重量%の範囲でありかつ前記ゼオライト上で交換された希土類金属酸化物に対するイットリウム酸化物の重量比率が3から50の範囲である触媒組成物。
- 前記ゼオライトがフォージャサイトゼオライトである請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトがY型ゼオライトである請求項2記載の触媒。
- 前記希土類金属がランタン、原子番号が58から71の周期律表のランタニド系列の金属およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される金属である請求項1記載の触媒。
- 触媒に存在するゼオライトの量が触媒組成物の10重量%から60重量%の範囲である請求項1記載の触媒。
- 触媒に存在するゼオライトの量が触媒組成物の20重量%から50重量%の範囲である請求項5記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライト上で交換された希土類酸化物に対するイットリウム酸化物の重量比率が3.5から20である請求項1記載の触媒。
- 更に粘土も含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 更に少なくとも1種の軽質オレフィン用ZSM−5添加剤も含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記軽質オレフィン用ZSM−5添加剤が燐安定化ZSM−5添加剤を含んで成る請求項9記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが流動接触分解条件下で接触分解活性を有する請求項1記載の触媒。
- 軽質オレフィンの生成量が最大限になるように炭化水素原料に接触分解を受けさせて低分子量成分を生じさせる方法であって、(a)請求項1、3、7および9記載の組成物を含有して成る分解用触媒と炭化水素原料を高温で接触させることで低分子量の炭化水素成分を生じさせることを含んで成る方法。
- 更に前記分解用触媒を前記接触段階から回収しそしてその使用済み触媒を再生ゾーン内で処理して前記触媒を再生させることも含んで成る請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料と前記分解用触媒を流動接触分解条件下で接触させる請求項12記載の方法。
