Abstract
Description
そして、ストレーナは使用により異物が付着滞積するため、目詰まりしてボールタップの作動不良が生じない様に定期的に清掃する必要があった。
又、弁口は、これの一次側開口部から二次側へ向かうに従い徐々に縮径して成る漏斗状に形成され、弁体の弁部は、二次側へ向かうに従い徐々に拡径して成る直円錐状に形成されると共に、弁部の一円周上に触突部を設けたことを特徴とする。
更に、弁口の二次側開口部周囲に外気に連通した通気路を設け、開弁時に弁口を通過する水流により該水流中に空気を混入可能と成したことを特徴とする。
又、弁箱が、軸線が水平な一次側流路と軸線が垂直な二次側流路が直交したアングル形に形成されたものにあっては、弁口の一次側開口部の周縁において一次側流路中の内角部対応箇所に堰堤を設けたことを特徴とする。
よって、本発明によれば、雨水を濾過せず直接に貯水する水槽の水位制御にも適用可能なボールタップを提供できる。
また、弁口を上記の様に漏斗状に形成すれば、水流の勢いをより増大させられ、その水流付近の気圧を大きく低下させ、通気路からの空気を水流に勢い良く巻き込ませられ、より一層空気との混合が促進された泡沫水を流下させられるので、弁体表面に付着しようとする異物の剥離作用をより一層促進できる。
本発明に係るボールタップ1は、主にマンションや家屋等の建築物の屋上に降った雨水を貯水し、トイレの洗浄や洗車等の雑用水(中水)として利用する雨水貯留システムにおいて、雨水を濾過することなく直接貯水する受水槽(図示せず)でその内部の雨水の貯水量を管理制御するために使用される。
尚、当然ながら、本発明に係るボールタップ1は、マンション等で上水を貯水管理する受水槽にも使用可能であり、よって上水又は中水用の受水槽内に設置可能である。
本発明において最も特徴的な構成は、弁箱4において二次側流路5の左右に所定高さを以て円周方向に沿って拡開形成した側面視略矩形状の吐水口8へ開弁中の弁体3が水流を振り分け、該水流と共に異物を吐水口8より排出することにある。
これにより、弁口6の一次側開口部6aの周縁16において一次側流路14中の内角部対応箇所14aを落ち口4aより上方突出した(図5において平面視劣弧状の)堰堤16aと成している。

Claims (4)
- 受水槽内の水位に応じて上下揺動する梃子杆に連繋した弁体を、弁箱内に垂設した二次側流路と同一軸線上に開設した弁口の二次側開口部端面に設けた弁座に着離自在に設けることにより、受水槽の水位を予め設定された水位に維持する様に成したボールタップにおいて、弁体は、これの閉弁時に弁座に密着可能な触突部を設けた弁部と、該弁部の周縁に下方連続すると共に、二次側流路を活塞状に摺動自在な平面視円環状の鍔部とから成り、該鍔部の上面は左右半周の夫々が弓形に下方湾曲形成された左右対称形状にして、且つその上面左右の下限部位の夫々は、弁体の全開時に二次側流路の左右に拡開形成された吐水口の下端縁と同一高さ位置、又は前記下端縁より若干上方に配置する様に設定したことを特徴とするボールタップ。
- 弁口は、これの一次側開口部から二次側へ向かうに従い徐々に縮径して成る漏斗状に形成され、弁体の弁部は、二次側へ向かうに従い徐々に拡径して成る直円錐状に形成されると共に、弁部の一円周上に触突部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のボールタップ。
- 弁口の二次側開口部周囲に外気に連通した通気路を設け、開弁時に弁口を通過する水流により該水流中に空気を混入可能と成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のボールタップ。
- 弁箱は、軸線が水平な一次側流路と軸線が垂直な二次側流路が直交したアングル形に形成され、弁口の一次側開口部の周縁において一次側流路中の内角部対応箇所には堰堤を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載のボールタップ。
