Description
Claims (17)
- 管の内部に収容するために適合されている回転式のバルブ板であって、
上記バルブ板における振動を吸収する緩衝パッドは、実質的に平坦な第1の表面および実質的に平坦な第2の表面を含んでおり、上記バルブ板が閉塞位置まで回転させられているときに、上記緩衝パッドは上記管の内面に接触させるために適合されており、
上記第1の表面が、上記バルブ板の表面に取り付けられており、上記第2の表面が、上記第1の表面と実質的に平行に伸びており、上記第2の表面が、高い密度を有している圧縮されたくぼみ領域を含んでおり、上記圧縮されたくぼみ領域が上記バルブ板に溶接されており、
上記緩衝パッドが上記バルブ板の端部を覆っている部分を含んでおり、当該部分が、上記バルブ位置が閉塞位置にあるとき、上記管の内面にはまり込んでいる、バルブ板。 - 上記緩衝パッドが編まれている金属メッシュを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のバルブ板。
- 編まれている上記金属メッシュがステンレス鋼を含んでいる、請求項2に記載のバルブ板。
- 上記バルブ板の反対側の端部から伸びている第1の脚部および第2の脚部を有しており、上記バルブ板に取り付けられている回転軸、ならびに
上記第1の脚部および第2の脚部それぞれを囲んでおり、上記管を貫通する開口によって受け入れられている、振動を吸収する第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のバルブ板。 - 上記第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けが上記緩衝パッドと同じ材料によって構成されている、請求項4に記載のバルブ板。
- 上記第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けが編まれている金属メッシュを含んでいる、請求項4に記載のバルブ板。
- 編まれている上記金属メッシュがステンレス鋼を含んでいる、請求項6に記載のバルブ
板。 - 圧縮された上記くぼみ領域が実質的に環状である、請求項1に記載のバルブ板。
- 管状の排気管の内部に配置するための、排気圧によって動作するバルブアッセンブリであって、
バルブフラップ、回転軸および振動を吸収する緩衝パッドを含んでおり、
上記バルブフラップは、第1の湾曲端および第2の湾曲端、ならびに第1の直線端および第2の直線端を有しており、上記第1の湾曲端および第2の湾曲端は、当該バルブフラップが閉塞位置にあるときに、上記排気管と実質的に一致しており、当該排気管と接しており、上記第1の直線端および第2の直線端は、上記第1の湾曲端および第2の湾曲端の間に伸びており、上記バルブフラップが開放位置および閉塞位置の間において回転させられているときに、上記管の内面と上記バルブフラップとの間に隙間をもたらしており、
上記回転軸は、上記バルブフラップが当該回転軸の長軸について回転するように当該バルブフラップを上記排気管に取り付けるために適合されており、上記第1の湾曲端および第2の湾曲端の間において上記バルブフラップに取り付けられており、上記バルブフラップの上記第1の直線端および第2の直線端から外側に突出している第1の脚部および第2の脚部を含んでおり、上記排気管の開口に受け入れられるように適合されており、
上記緩衝パッドは、編まれている金属メッシュを含んでおり、上記バルブフラップの上記第1の湾曲端および第2の湾曲端のうちの一方に取り付けられており、上記緩衝パッドは、上記管の内面と一致し、接触する湾極端を含んでおり、上記緩衝パッドは、上記バルブフラップが上記閉塞位置に移動しているとき、上記バルブフラップおよび上記管の間における衝撃を和らげ、
上記緩衝パッドが上記バルブ板の端部を覆っている部分を含んでおり、当該部分が、上記バルブ位置が閉塞位置にあるとき、上記管の内面にはまり込んでいる、バルブアッセンブリ。 - 上記緩衝パッドが編まれている金属メッシュを含んでいる、請求項9に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 編まれている上記金属メッシュがステンレス鋼を含んでいる、請求項10に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 上記回転軸の上記第1の脚部および第2の脚部それぞれを囲んでいる、振動を吸収する第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けをさらに備えている、請求項9に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 上記第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けが上記緩衝パッドと同じ材料によって構成されている、請求項12に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 上記第1の軸受けおよび第2の軸受けが編まれている金属メッシュを含んでいる、請求項12に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 編まれている上記金属メッシュがステンレス鋼を含んでいる、請求項14に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 上記バルブ板に対する溶接のために適合されている、上記緩衝パッドにおける圧縮されたくぼみ領域をさらに含んでいる、請求項10に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
- 圧縮された上記くぼみ領域が実質的に環状である、請求項16に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。
