Claims (15)
- ロータを釣合い試験機に接続するカップリング(40)において、
前記釣合い試験機の軸に適合するように構成された拡張薄肉部分(51)をその中に有し、さらに前記ロータの開口部に適合するように構成された拡張インサート部分(42)を有する本体部分(46)と、
前記本体部分(46)の穴の中に配置された複数の接続部材(48)と、
前記拡張インサート(42)の上且つ前記本体部分(46)の前記穴の出口に近接して配置されたリング(44)と
を含む、カップリング(40)。 - 前記接続部材は、前記リングを前記拡張インサートの端部に向かって外側に押すように作動可能である、請求項1記載のカップリング。
- 前記複数の接続部材のそれぞれは、前記本体部分の凹んだ穴の中に配置される、請求項1又は2記載のカップリング。
- 前記接続部材はねじである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のカップリング。
- 前記ねじのための前記穴は、前記本体部分の円周の周りに対称的に配置される、請求項4記載のカップリング。
- 前記本体部分及び前記リングは、実質的に同一の直径を有する円筒として形成されており、前記拡張インサートは、前記本体部分及び前記リングの直径よりも小さい直径を有する円筒である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のカップリング。
- ロータを釣合い試験機に接続する方法において、
前記ロータ(30)の開口部(32)の中にカップリングデバイス(40)の拡張インサート部分(42)を挿入するステップと、
複数の接続部材(48)にトルクをかけるステップであって、前記複数の接続部材(48)は、前記カップリングデバイス(40)の本体部分(46)の中に配置されており、前記拡張インサート部分(42)の上に配置されたリング(44)を、前記ロータ(30)の前記開口部(32)の周りの合わせ面に押し付けるステップと、
前記釣合い試験機の駆動軸を前記カップリングデバイス(40)の前記本体部分(46)の拡張薄肉部分(51)に接続するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の接続部材のそれぞれは、前記本体部分の凹んだ穴の中に配置される、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記本体部分及び前記リングは、実質的に同一の直径を有する円筒として形成されており、前記拡張インサートは、前記本体部分及び前記リングの直径よりも小さい直径を有する円筒である、請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 駆動軸(55)を含む釣合い試験機と、
前記駆動軸(55)の一方の側に接続されたカップリング(40)と、
前記カップリング(40)を介して前記駆動軸(55)からのトルクを受けるために接続されたロータ(30)とを含む釣合い試験システムにおいて、
前記カップリング(40)が、
前記釣合い試験機の前記駆動軸(55)に適合するように構成された拡張薄肉部分(51)をその中に有し、さらに前記ロータ(30)の開口部(32)に適合するように構成された拡張インサート部分(42)を有する本体部分(46)と、
前記本体部分(46)の穴の中に配置された複数の接続部材(48)と、
前記拡張インサート(42)の上且つ前記本体部分(46)の前記穴の出口に近接して配置されたリング(44)とを含む、
釣合い試験システム。 - 前記接続部材は、前記リングを前記拡張インサートの端部に向かって外側に押すように作動可能である、請求項10記載の釣合い試験システム。
- 前記複数の接続部材のそれぞれは、前記本体部分の凹んだ穴の中に配置される、請求項10又は11記載の釣合い試験システム。
- 前記接続部材はねじである、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項記載の釣合い試験システム。
- 前記ねじのための前記穴は、前記本体部分の円周の周りに対称的に配置される、請求項13記載の釣合い試験システム。
- 前記本体部分及び前記リングは、実質的に同一の直径を有する円筒として形成されており、前記拡張インサートは、前記本体部分及び前記リングの直径よりも小さい直径を有する円筒である、請求項10乃至14のいずれか1項記載の釣合い試験システム。
