Claims (15)
- 加工対象物の連続的なコーティングのために用いられる回転アトマイザーの回転する噴霧体(1)をモニタリングする方法、具体的には噴霧体の固定をモニタリングする方法であって、
前記噴霧体(1)が、モーターによって駆動される前記回転アトマイザーのシャフト(5)に固定され、
前記噴霧体(1)の構造的設計、および/または、同じものに対して固定された前記噴霧体に隣接する前記回転アトマイザーの構成要素によって、および、前記噴霧体(1)の回転によって、構成に対応する空気の流れ成分(31、32、33)が生成され、
前記流れ成分(31、32、33)が測定され、所定の参照値と比較される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記回転アトマイザーの周囲からの前記流れ成分が、前記回転アトマイザーに向けられる、および/または、前記回転アトマイザーの中に向けられる、または、前記回転アトマイザーとは反対方向に向けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記流れ成分が、以下の方向のうちの少なくとも1つ、または、その反対の方向のうちの少なくとも1つ、
a)前記噴霧体(1)の端面における中央開口部(8)から、その内部スペース(14)を通って、前記噴霧体に向けて延び、それに相対的に固定された中央ノズルおよびパイプ配置(4、6)に沿う方向;

ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記流れ成分または前記流れ成分に対応する流れまたは圧力値が、中空シャフトとして構成された前記回転アトマイザーの前記シャフト(5)、または、その中央塗料供給バルブ(6)、または、その指向性のある空冷環(3)、を通って、センサー(34)に供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 加工対象物の連続コーティング用の回転アトマイザーであって、
モーターによって駆動される回転可能なシャフト(5)に固定された、または、固定され得る噴霧体(1)を伴い、
空気の流れ成分(31、32、33)が生成され得ることによって、前記噴霧体(1)、および/または、同じものに相対的に固定された前記噴霧体に隣接する前記回転アトマイザーの構成要素、が構造的設計を有し、
前記流れ成分を測定する少なくとも1つのセンサー(34)が設けられた、
ことを特徴とする回転アトマイザー。 - 前記空気の流れ成分(31、32、33)が、前記回転アトマイザーの周囲から、前記回転アトマイザーに向けられた、および/または、前記回転アトマイザーの中に向けられた、または、前記回転アトマイザーとは反対方向に向けられた、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転アトマイザー。 - 前記流れ成分を生成するための前記構造的設計が、前記回転アトマイザーの以下のポイントのうち少なくとも1つ、
