Claims (3)
- 電動モータと、
前記電動モータの回転軸に連結されて回転し、前記回転軸の軸線方向に向かって開口する吸引口から吸い込んだ空気を前記回転軸の径方向に向かって吐き出す複数の吐出口を有するインペラとを具備し、
前記インペラが、
前記回転軸に連結されて前記回転軸の径方向に延びるハブと、
前記ハブの外周部と対向し且つ中心部に前記吸引口を有するシュラウドと、
前記ハブの前記外周部と前記シュラウドとの間に前記回転軸の回転方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数枚のブレードとを備え、
隣り合う2枚の前記ブレードの前記径方向の外側に位置するそれぞれの端部間に1つの前記吐出口を有する遠心ファンであって、
前記複数枚のブレードには、正圧面と前記シュラウドとの間のコーナ部に、対応する1つの前記吐出口に向かうに従って曲率が徐々に小さくなる湾曲部がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記湾曲部は、前記回転方向及び前記径方向の外側に向かって凹となり且つ前記正圧面の一部を構成する湾曲面を備えており、
前記ハブの外周部と、隣り合う2枚の前記ブレードの一方のブレードの正圧面と、隣り合う2枚の前記ブレードの他方のブレードの負圧面と、前記シュラウドとの間には、流路が形成されており、
前記湾曲部の前記流路側に位置する前記湾曲面は前記正圧面の一部を構成しており、
前記湾曲部を回転方向と直交する方向に切断した前記湾曲面の断面の輪郭形状は、前記吐出口から離れた位置では、直線部と湾曲線部との組合せからなり、
前記吐出口に向かうに従って徐々に前記直線部が無くなって前記湾曲線部が徐々に大きくなり、
前記吐出口近傍では、前記湾曲線部だけになる形状を有していることを特徴とする遠心ファン。 - 前記湾曲面は、最大曲率半径がR4以上R18以下になるように定められている請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記複数枚のブレードは、前記シュラウドの内周縁部を越えて前記径方向の内側に延びており、
前記湾曲面を除いた前記正圧面は前記回転方向に向かって凸となるように湾曲している請求項2に記載の遠心ファン。
