Claims (5)
- 第1フォトダイオードと、
第1フォトダイオードに接続された第1積分増幅器と、
第1積分増幅器を介した第1フォトダイオードからの電荷移動を制御するため第1フォトダイオードに随時接続される第1リセットコンデンサと、
第1積分増幅器より下流にある第1CDSコンデンサと、
第1CDSコンデンサより下流でホールドノードを形成するホールドコンデンサと、
ホールドノードから所定タイミングで信号を読み出す画素増幅器であってそのモードを、前記第1積分増幅器から出力される信号電圧値と暗電圧値との和から暗電圧を除去した電圧を前記第1CDSコンデンサに保持する状態であるスタンバイモード、前記画素増幅器に電源電圧を印加して、前記ホールドコンデンサの端子電圧を増幅して出力する状態であるハイパワーモード及び前記画素増幅器に電源電圧を印加せず、前記ホールドコンデンサの端子電圧を出力しない状態であるパワーオフモード間で切替可能な画素増幅器と、
を備えるイメージング装置。 - 請求項1記載のイメージング装置であって、更に、暗電圧に所定の基準電圧を加えた電圧をCDSコンデンサ上に閉じこめる制御システムを備えるイメージング装置。
- 請求項2記載のイメージング装置であって、その制御システムが、第1積分増幅器からCDSコンデンサへと電圧を送り、その電圧から暗電圧及び基準電圧を実質的に差し引かせることで、信号電圧を残存させるイメージング装置。
- 請求項2記載のイメージング装置であって、その制御システムが、ホールドノード上にその信号電圧を保持させるイメージング装置。
- 請求項1記載のイメージング装置であって、更に、
第2フォトダイオードと、
第2フォトダイオードに接続された第2積分増幅器と、
第2積分増幅器を介した第2フォトダイオードからの電荷移動を制御するため第2フォトダイオードに随時接続される第2リセットコンデンサと、
第2積分増幅器より下流にある第2CDSコンデンサと、
を備え、ホールドコンデンサが、第2CDSコンデンサより下流でホールドノードを形成するイメージング装置。
