Description

上記電気回路は、上記第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタを同期して切り換えて、太陽電池の上記対応するグループを、上記装置に電気的に接続し、及び、上記装置から電気的に切り離し、これによって、太陽電池の上記対応するグループが上記目標電力出力を生成するようにする。

Claims (9)
- 太陽電池装置であって、
負荷への全出力電力を生成するために直列接続された太陽電池の複数のグループと、
前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループの動作点を調整して、最大電力ポイント追跡モジュールによる決定にしたがって前記負荷への前記全出力電力を最大にするように構成された最大電力ポイント追跡モジュールと、
前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の各グループのための個別の局所電力ポイントオプティマイザと
を備え、
前記局所電力ポイントオプティマイザは、第1のトランジスタを変調して、太陽電池の対応するグループを、前記装置に電気的に接続し、及び前記装置から電気的に切り離すことによって、太陽電池の前記対応するグループのバイアスポイントを調整して、前記局所電力ポイントオプティマイザによって決定された最大電力を供給するように構成された電力ポイントコントローラと、
前記第1のトランジスタがオフのときには前記太陽電池からの電荷を蓄積し、前記第1のトランジスタがオンのときには放電する蓄積コンデンサとを含み、
前記太陽電池装置は、前記局所電力ポイントオプティマイザを複数備え、
複数の前記局所電力ポイントオプティマイザのそれぞれは、前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の前記太陽電池の各グループのそれぞれに一対一に対応している、太陽電池装置。 - 前記局所電力ポイントオプティマイザは、前記第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタを同期制御して、太陽電池の前記対応するグループのバイアスポイントを調節し、
前記第2のトランジスタは、前記第1のトランジスタがオフに切り換えられているときに、太陽電池の前記対応するグループを通る電流路を提供する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池装置。 - 前記第1のトランジスタはPFETからなり、前記第2のトランジスタはNFETからなる、請求項2に記載の太陽電池装置。
- 太陽電池の前記対応するグループの電圧出力をフィルタリングするように構成された出力段をさらに備える、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記出力段は、第1及び第2の端部を有するインダクタと、第1及び第2の端部を有するコンデンサとを備え、前記インダクタの前記第1の端部は前記第1のトランジスタに結合され、前記インダクタの前記第2の端部は前記コンデンサの第1の端部に結合され、前記コンデンサの前記第2の端部は、前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の別の太陽電池のグループの別の局所電力ポイントオプティマイザに結合される、請求項4に記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記複数のグループにはそれぞれ、互いに等しい数の前記太陽電池が含まれる、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池装置。
- 太陽電池装置の太陽電池の電力生成を制御する方法であって、
(a)負荷への全出力電力を生成するために直列接続された太陽電池の複数のグループを提供するステップと、
(b)最大電力ポイント追跡モジュールによって、前記負荷への前記全出力電力を最大にするように前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループの動作点を調整するステップと、
(c)複数の局所電力ポイントオプティマイザによって、前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の前記太陽電池の各グループについて
(i)前記太陽電池のグループが特定量の電力を生成する、該太陽電池のグループの動作状態を決定するステップと、
(ii)前記決定された動作状態に基づいて、前記太陽電池のグループが前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループに対する電力に寄与する時間量を制御するステップと
を含み、
前記太陽電池のグループが前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループに対する電力に寄与する前記時間量を制御するステップは、第1のトランジスタを変調して、前記太陽電池の対応するグループを、前記装置に接続し、及び、前記装置から切り離すステップを含み、
前記太陽電池の対応するグループを、前記装置に接続し、及び、前記装置から切り離すステップは、前記第1のトランジスタがオフのときに、蓄積コンデンサに前記太陽電池からの電荷を蓄積し、前記第1のトランジスタがオンのときに、前記蓄積コンデンサから電荷を放電するステップを含み、
前記複数の局所電力ポイントオプティマイザのそれぞれは、前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の前記太陽電池の各グループのそれぞれに一対一に対応している、方法。 - 前記太陽電池のグループが前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループに対する電力に寄与する前記時間量を制御するステップが、前記第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタを同期して切り換えて、前記太陽電池のグループを、前記装置に接続し、及び、前記装置から切り離すステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 太陽電池装置であって、
負荷への全出力電力を生成するために直列接続された太陽電池の複数のグループと、
前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループの動作点を調整して、最大電力ポイント追跡モジュールによる決定にしたがって前記負荷への前記全出力電力を最大にするように構成された最大電力ポイント追跡モジュールと、
前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の前記太陽電池の各グループ内の電気回路であって、太陽電池の対応するグループの動作状態を決定し、及び、太陽電池の前記対応するグループを調整して前記決定された動作状態で動作するように構成された電気回路と
を備え、
前記動作状態において、太陽電池の前記対応するグループは目標電力出力を生成することからなり、
前記電気回路は、変調されることで、太陽電池の前記対応するグループを、前記装置に電気的に接続し、及び前記装置から電気的に切り離す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタがオフのときには前記太陽電池からの電荷を蓄積し、前記第1のトランジスタがオンのときには放電する蓄積コンデンサとを含み、
前記太陽電池装置は、前記電気回路を複数備え、
複数の前記電気回路のそれぞれは、前記太陽電池の前記複数のグループ内の前記太陽電池の各グループのそれぞれに一対一に対応している、太陽電池装置。
