ポリオールA;OH価が385〜405mgKOH/g、官能価が約4であり、バイエル・マテリアルサイエンス・リミテッド・ライアビリティ・カンパニーからムルトラノール(Multranol)8114の商品名で市販されている芳香族アミンを開始剤としたポリエーテルポリオール。
ポリオールB;官能価が約5.8、OH価が370〜390mgKOH/gであり、バイエル・マテリアルサイエンス・リミテッド・ライアビリティ・カンパニーからムルトラノール4030の商品名で市販されているスクロースを基礎原料としたポリエーテルポリオール。
ポリオールC;官能価が約3.0、OH価が約240mgKOH/gであり、バイエル・マテリアルサイエンス・リミテッド・ライアビリティ・カンパニーからアルコル(Arcol)LHT−240の商品名で市販されているグリセリンを開始剤としたポリエーテルポリオール。
ポリオールD;官能価が約5.2、OH価が約470mgKOH/gであり、バイエル・マテリアルサイエンス・リミテッド・ライアビリティ・カンパニーからムルトラノール4034の商品名で市販されているスクロースを基礎原料としたポリエーテルポリオール。

PV;レイン・ケミー(Rhein Chemie)社からデスモラピド(Desmorapid)PVの商品名で市販されているポリウレタン形成反応用触媒。
DB;レイン・ケミー社からデスモラピドDBの商品名で市販されているポリウレタン形成反応用触媒。
PCF;グレート・レイクス・ケミカル(Great Lakes Chemical)社からフィロール(Fyrol)PCFの商品名で市販されている難燃剤であるトリス(p−クロロイソプロピル)ホスフェート。
NCO;NCO分が31.5重量%であり、バイエル・マテリアルサイエンス・リミテッド・ライアビリティ・カンパニーからモンドゥール(Mondur)MRの商品名で市販されているポリマー性ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート。
実施例1〜2
ポリオールA、PCおよびSOL Aをそれぞれ表1に記載の量で用いて配合し、この配合物400gを、撹拌機および圧力計を備えた600mlのパー社製圧力容器に入れた。その後、密封した溶液を秤量し、次いで、HFC−134aを用いる50ゲージpsiへの加圧およびガス抜きを繰り返すパージ処理によって、全ての空気を頭隙から除去した。その後、HFC−134aを49.4g添加し、11%(頭隙に存在する発泡剤の量を除いた量)のHFC−134aを含有する配合物を調製した。
表2に記載の原料を表2に記載の量で含む配合物を保有する容器内へ、HFC−134aを周囲温度および約730mmHgの圧力下で吹き込んだ。吸収されたHFC−134aの量を表2に示す。表2に記載のHFC−134a含有配合物100部を、ポリウレタンフォームを形成する箱に注入する前に、規定量のNCOと手作業で10秒間混合した。手作業で混合することができた配合物から得られた発泡体特性を表2に示す。比較実施例3では所望量のHFC−134aを添加することができなかった。
この実施例では実施例5の配合物を、ヘンネック社製のMQ−12混合頭部を備えたヘンネック社製のHK−100高圧発泡機で発泡させた。ポリオールおよびイソシアネートの温度を共に70°Fに制御し、総液体処理量を57.5 lb/分に調整した。予備発泡混合物を5cm厚×20cm幅×200cm高さの寸法の垂直パネル型に射出し、反応させた。これらのパネルから得られた発泡体の主要な特性を表3に示す。
Claims (9)
- 発泡剤を含有し、周囲温度での貯蔵安定性があるイソシアネート反応性組成物であって、
a)ポリオール、
b)HFC134aおよび水を含む発泡剤、および
c)(1)エトキシル化ノニルフェノールおよび(2)プロピレンカーボネートを含む
安定化組成物
を含有し、該安定化組成物が、ポリオールa)への発泡剤b)の溶解性を促進するのに十分な量で使用され、安定化組成物c)が、イソシアネート反応性組成物の全重量に対して5〜30重量部の量で存在する該イソシアネート反応性組成物。 - ポリオールa)が1種のポリエーテルポリオールまたは複数種のポリエーテルポリオールの混合物である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- エトキシル化ノニルフェノールが、イソシアネート反応性組成物の全重量に対して5〜20重量部の量で存在する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 発泡剤が、該発泡剤の全重量に対して50〜90重量%のHFC−134aを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 水が、イソシアネート反応性組成物の全重量に対して1〜4重量%の量で存在する請求項4に記載の組成物。
