Description
本願は、2009年6月4日に出願された米国仮特許出願第12/478,110号及び2008年6月6日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/059,425号の優先権を主張する。
本発明は、椅子に関し、より具体的には、椅子の構成部材どうしを締結する方法及び機構に関する。
Claims (14)
- 第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材を有する椅子を組み立てる方法において、
第1椅子構成部材は、第1ポリマー材料から成り、
第2椅子構成部材は、第2ポリマー材料から成り、
第1椅子構成部材が背もたれフレーム、第2椅子構成部材が背もたれ表皮であって、背もたれフレームは、背もたれ表皮が背もたれフレームに取り付けられると背もたれ表皮が覆う少なくとも1つの開口を規定している、或いは、第1椅子構成部材が座部フレーム、第2椅子構成部材が座部表皮であって、座部フレームは、座部表皮が座部フレームに取り付けられると座部表皮が覆う少なくとも1つの開口を規定しており、
第2椅子構成部材の少なくとも1つの周縁部は、少なくとも1つの舌状部を規定しており、第1椅子構成部材は、少なくとも1つの舌状部を受けて、第1椅子構成部材と第2椅子構成部材の間で機械的連結をもたらす少なくとも1つの開口を規定しており、
第1椅子構成部材の上又は中に、第3ポリマー材料と少なくとも1種の磁気感受体とからなる接着剤を配置し、
第2椅子構成部材が接着剤に当接し、第1椅子構成部材に隣接して、第1椅子構成部材の少なくとも1つの開口が、第2椅子構成部材の少なくとも1つの舌状部と機械的に連結するように第2椅子構成部材を配置し、
第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材の異なる複数の部分を接着するために、接着剤に、異なる時間にて磁界又は電磁波を作用させることにより、異なる時間にて接着剤を活性化させ、
第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材の少なくとも1つに力を作用させて、第1椅子構成部材を第2椅子構成部材に取り付けるために第1椅子構成部材と第2椅子構成部材を押圧し、
磁界又は電磁波を作用させた後、所定の時間、第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材を冷却させ、
第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材を冷却させる所定の時間中、それらにクランプ力を与え、冷却中に加えられたそのクランプ力は、第1椅子構成部材を第2椅子構成部材に取り付けるために第1椅子構成部材と第2椅子構成部材を押圧するのに加えられた力よりも大きい、
椅子の組立て方法。 - 第1椅子構成部材を第2椅子構成部材に取り付けるために第1椅子構成部材と第2椅子構成部材を押圧するのに加えられた力は、磁界又は電磁波を作用させる前に第2椅子構成部材に加えられる、請求項1の方法。
- 第1ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリエステル又はエラストマー材料である、請求項1の方法。
- 第2ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリエステル、ポリブチレンテレフタレート又はエラストマー材料である、請求項3の方法。
- 第3ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリエステル、ポリブチレンテレフタレート又はエラストマー材料である、請求項4の方法。
- 第1椅子構成部材がモールディングされる場合、第1椅子構成部材が第1ポリマー材料と接着剤とから構成されるように、接着剤は、当該接着剤を第1椅子構成部材の一部にモールディングすることにより第1椅子構成部材の上又は中に配置される、請求項1の方法。
- 接着剤を第2椅子構成部材の上又は中に配置することをさらに含んでいる、請求項1の方法。
- 第2椅子構成部材がモールディングされる場合、第2椅子構成部材が第2ポリマー材料と接着剤とから構成されるように、接着剤は、当該接着剤を第2椅子構成部材の一部にモールディングすることにより第2椅子構成部材の上又は中に配置される、請求項7の方法。
- 第2椅子構成部材は、第1椅子構成部材に当接する位置に配置される、請求項8の方法。
- 第1椅子構成部材を、溶接機械の支持体構造に配置することをさらに含んでおり、溶接機械の力付与機構が第2椅子構成部材に当接し、第2椅子構成部材を第1椅子構成部材に押圧することにより、第1椅子構成部材及び第2椅子構成部材の少なくとも1つに力が加えられて、第1椅子構成部材と第2椅子構成部材が押圧される、請求項1の方法。
- 接着剤の少なくとも1種の磁気感受体は、少なくとも1種の強磁性感受体である、請求項1の方法。
- 背もたれフレーム又は座部フレームは、少なくとも1つのチャンネル又は少なくとも1つの溝を規定し、接着剤は、第1椅子構成部材の上又は中に配置されている間、少なくとも1つのチャンネル又は少なくとも1つの溝に配置される、請求項1の方法。
- 背もたれ表皮又は座部表皮は、メッシュ構造を規定する複数の孔が形成されたシートである、請求項1の方法。
- 背もたれ表皮が、背もたれフレームの少なくとも1つの開口に渡って延びるように、背もたれ表皮が背もたれフレームの少なくとも1つの開口を覆う、或いは、座部表皮が、座部フレームの少なくとも1つの開口に渡って延びるように、座部表皮が座部フレームの少なくとも1つの開口を覆う、請求項1の方法。
