Claims (10)
- 船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法であって、
a)ポリマ、船舶用バイオサイド、及び防腐剤の粒子を含有する混合物を作製し、
b)前記混合物を、前記ポリマのガラス転移温度を超える温度まで加熱し、これにより、前記船舶用バイオサイド及び前記防腐剤の粒子が分散された前記ポリマから成る流動可能な混合物を作製し、
c)前記ポリマと、船舶用バイオサイド及び防腐剤の前記粒子との配向を互いに対して変更するために、加熱された前記混合物に可変電場を与えることを特徴とする船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。 - 前記混合物は、前記ポリマの含有率が、40wt%から70wt%である請求項1に記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記混合物は、前記船舶用バイオサイドの含有率が、37wt%から55wt%である請求項1に記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記混合物は、前記防腐剤の含有率が、2wt%から12wt%である請求項1に記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記混合物は、前記ポリマの含有率が、40wt%から61wt%であり、前記船舶用バイオサイドの含有率が、37wt%から55wt%であり、前記防腐剤の含有率が、2wt%から12wt%である請求項1に記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマは、加熱される前において、粒子サイズが20μmから80μmである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記船舶用バイオサイドは、粒子サイズが40μmから60μmである請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 前記防腐剤は、粒子サイズが20μmから80μmである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の船舶用防汚塗料の製造方法。
- 船舶の面への船舶用防汚塗料の塗布方法であって、
a)ポリマ、船舶用バイオサイド、及び防腐剤の粒子を含有する混合物を作製し、
b)前記混合物を、前記ポリマのガラス転移温度を超える温度まで加熱し、これにより、前記船舶用バイオサイド及び前記防腐剤の粒子が分散された前記ポリマから成る流動可能な加熱ブレンド混合物を作製し、
c)前記ポリマと、船舶用バイオサイド及び防腐剤の前記粒子との配向を互いに対して変更するために、前記加熱ブレンド混合物に可変電場を与え、
d)前記加熱ブレンド混合物をプラズマ流に注入し、
e)前記加熱ブレンド混合物への不純物混入を防止するために、前記プラズマ流及び前記加熱ブレンド混合物を遮蔽ガスで覆い、
f)前記プラズマ流及び前記加熱ブレンド混合物を前記船舶の面に向け、これにより前記加熱ブレンド混合物が前記面に接着されることを特徴とする塗布方法。 - 前記加熱ブレンド混合物は、含有率が40wt%から61wt%の前記ポリマ、含有率が37wt%から52wt%の前記船舶用バイオサイド、及び含有率が2wt%から12wt%の前記防腐剤から成る請求項9に記載の塗布方法。
