Claims (6)
- 導体に絶縁層を被覆した電線において、
前記絶縁層がポリオレフィン系樹脂100質量部と、金属水酸化物100〜250質量部と、融点が200℃以上で平均粒径10μm以下の酸化防止剤単独もしくは他の酸化防止剤を含む酸化防止剤2質量部以上5質量部以下とからなり、これらを配合した混合物を架橋してなり、毒性指数(ITC)が3.0以下である非ハロゲン耐熱老化性難燃樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする鉄道車両用電線。 - 上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、超低密度ポリエチレン、α−オレフィン(共)重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−エチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合ゴム、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元系共重合ゴムの中から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用電線。
- 上記金属水酸化物が、水酸化マグネシウムあるいは水酸化アルミニウムである請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用電線。
- 融点が200℃以上で平均粒径10μm以下の酸化防止剤が、1,3,5−トリス(3’,5’−ジ−tert−ブチル−4’−ヒドロキシベンジル)イソシアヌル酸で、他の酸化防止剤がペンタエリスリチル−テトラキス[3−[3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル]プロピオネート]、チオジエチレンビス[3−[3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル]プロピオネート]、テトラキス(メチレンドテシルチオプロピオネート)メタンの中から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の鉄道車両用電線。
- 180〜140℃保管品の破断伸びが50%以上である最長時間からアレニウスプロットにより120℃で20,000時間保管後の破断伸びが50%以上であることが予測される請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の鉄道車両用電線。
- 請求項5に記載の鉄道車両用電線を用いて形成したことを特徴とする鉄道車両用ケーブル。
