Claims (21)
- チルドカーゴを冷蔵するようコンテナ用の冷蔵システムを動作させる方法であって、
直列に接続されたコンプレッサ、コンデンサ、及びエバポレータ、該エバポレータに関連付けられるエバポレータファン、並びにヒータを有する、前記コンテナに対して供給空気を放出し且つ前記コンテナからの還気を受けるよう動作可能な冷蔵システムを与える段階と、
前記供給空気の温度を確定する段階と、
前記還気の温度を確定する段階と、
前記還気の前記温度及び前記供給空気の前記温度に基づいて加熱要求及び冷却要求のいずれかを確定する段階と、
加熱要求が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンを始動させ、また、増大加熱が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンの速度を全能力まで増大させ且つ補完的にヒータを始動させる段階と、
冷却要求が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータを始動させ、また、増大冷却が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサに対して供給される動力を増大させ、前記エバポレータファンを第1の速度において維持する段階と、
を有する方法。 - 前記加熱要求又は冷蔵要求を確定する段階は、所定の時間間隔において行なわれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 加熱及び冷却のうち少なくとも一方に対して確定される要求がないときに、前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータファンを停止させる段階、を更に有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記加熱要求が前記エバポレータファンのみによって満たされ得るより高いときに前記供給空気を加熱するよう前記ヒータを始動させる段階と、増大加熱が確定されるときに前記ヒータに対して供給される動力を増大させる段階と、を更に有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 増大冷却が確定されるときに、前記エバポレータファンの前記速度を前記第1の速度より速い第2の速度まで増大させ、前記コンプレッサに対して供給される前記動力を増大させる段階、を更に有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エバポレータファンの速度が前記第1の速度から前記第2の速度まで増大される時点は、設定温度、周囲条件、及び前記コンテナ内における前記カーゴによって生成される熱エネルギによって確定される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記エバポレータファンは、制御可能なエバポレータファンモータによって動作される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エバポレータファンモータは、連続的可変速度を備える、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記エバポレータファンモータは、前記モータに対して供給される電力のパルス幅変調(PWM)を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 加熱要求及び冷却要求の一方を確定する段階は、前記還気温度と前記供給空気温度との間における差異に基づいて加熱要求及び冷却要求の一方を確定する段階を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- チルドカーゴを冷蔵するためのコンテナ用冷蔵システムであって、
直列に接続されたコンプレッサ、コンデンサ、及びエバポレータと、
該エバポレータに関連付けられ、前記コンテナに対して供給空気を放出し且つ前記コンテナからの還気を受けるよう作動可能である、エバポレータファンと、
ヒータと、
前記供給空気の温度及び前記還気の温度を検出するよう構成されるセンサと、
前記還気の前記温度及び前記供給空気の前記温度に基づいて加熱要求及び冷却要求のうちいずれかを確定するようプログラムされるコントローラと、
を有し、
該コントローラは、加熱要求が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンを始動させるよう、また、増大加熱が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンの速度を全能力まで増大させ且つ補完的にヒータを始動させるよう、プログラムされ、
また、該コントローラは、冷却要求が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータファンを始動させるよう、また、増大冷却が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサに対して供給される動力を増大させ、前記エバポレータファンを第1の速度において維持するよう、プログラムされる、
冷蔵システム。 - 前記コントローラは、所定の時間間隔において加熱要求又は冷蔵要求を確定するようプログラムされる、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、加熱及び冷却のうち少なくとも一方に対して確定される要求がないとき、前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータを停止させるようプログラムされる、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記加熱要求が前記エバポレータファンのみによって満たされ得るものより高いときには前記供給空気を加熱するよう前記ヒータを始動させるよう、また、増大加熱が確定されるときには前記ヒータに対して供給される動力を増大させるよう、プログラムされる、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、増大冷却が確定されるときに、前記エバポレータファンの前記速度を前記第1の速度より速い第2の速度まで増大させるよう、また前記コンプレッサに対して供給される前記動力を増大させるよう、プログラムされる、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、設定温度、周囲条件、及び前記コンテナ内における前記カーゴによって生成される熱エネルギによって確定される時点において前記エバポレータファンの前記速度を前記第1の速度から前記第2の速度まで増大させるようプログラムされる、請求項15記載のシステム。
- 前記エバポレータファンは、制御可能なエバポレータファンモータによって駆動される、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記エバポレータファンモータは、連続可変速度を備える、請求項17記載のシステム。
- 前記エバポレータファンモータは、前記モータに対して供給される電力のパルス幅変調(PWM)を使用する、請求項18記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記還気温度と前記供給空気温度との間の差異に基づいて加熱要求及び冷却要求を確定するようプログラムされる、請求項11記載のシステム。
- チルドカーゴを冷蔵するようコンテナ用の冷蔵システムを動作させる方法であって、
直列に接続されたコンプレッサ、コンデンサ、及びエバポレータ、該エバポレータに関連付けられるエバポレータファン、並びにヒータを有する、前記コンテナに対して供給空気を放出し且つ前記コンテナからの還気を受けるよう動作可能な冷蔵システムを与える段階と、
前記供給空気の温度を確定する段階と、
前記還気の温度を確定する段階と、
前記還気の前記温度と前記供給空気の前記温度との間における差異に基づいて加熱要求及び冷却要求のいずれかを所定の時間間隔において確定する段階と、
加熱要求が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンを始動させ、また、増大加熱が確定されるときには前記エバポレータファンの速度を全能力まで増大させ且つ補完的にヒータを始動させる段階と、
冷却要求が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータを始動させ、また、増大冷却が確定されるときには前記コンプレッサに対して供給される動力を増大させ、前記エバポレータファンを第1の速度において維持する段階と、
加熱及び冷却のうち少なくとも一方に対して確定される要求がないとき、前記コンプレッサ及び前記エバポレータを停止させる段階と、
前記加熱要求が前記エバポレータファンのみによって満たされ得るものより高いときには前記供給空気を加熱するよう前記ヒータを始動させ、また、増大加熱が確定されるときには前記ヒータに対して供給される動力を増大させる段階と、
増大冷却が確定されるときに、前記エバポレータファンの前記速度を前記第1の速度より速い第2の速度まで増大させる段階と、
を有する方法。
