Claims (7)
- 光学的に透明なキャリア基板上に並んで配置された複数のグループのストライプ形状の有機発光ダイオードであって、
第1の電極層と第2の電極層との間に少なくとも有機層又は層のスタックを含む第1の層配列を有し、前記第1の電極層及び前記第2の電極層が第1の微小空洞を形成しており、前記第2の電極層が前記第1の電極層よりも前記キャリア基板に近いところにあり、
各々のグループの前記有機発光ダイオードのうちの少なくとも二つが異なる色の光を発し、
各々のグループの前記有機発光ダイオードの少なくとも一つが、前記第2の電極層と前記キャリア基板との間に第2の微小空洞を形成する第2の層配列を有し、対応する前記有機発光ダイオードの光出力を増すために、当該第2の微小空洞の層のうちの少なくとも一つの厚さが適応されており、前記第2の層配列が、少なくとも、2つの高インデックス層の間の低インデックス層を有する前記有機発光ダイオードと、
前記キャリア基板の前にある前記有機発光ダイオードの発光方向に配置され、前記キャリア基板を去ってゆく各グループの前記異なる色の光を混合する散乱エレメント又は拡散エレメントを有する発光デバイス。 - 前記キャリア基板が1.7と1.9との間のインデックスを有する高インデックスのガラス基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャリア基板がガラス基板であり、前記第1の電極無しで、同基板のインデックスが前記第1の層配列の平均インデックスの+/-10%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の層配列の前記高インデックス層と前記低インデックス層との間のインデックスの差が少なくとも0.8はあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の微小空洞の層のうちの少なくとも一つの層の厚さを適応することが、前記高インデックス層の内の1層のみの厚さを変化させることにより実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記各々のグループが、赤色光、緑色光、及び青色光を発する有機発光ダイオードを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 光の出射を改善するために、マイクロレンズ又は円柱レンズが前記キャリア基板に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
