レールシステムをさらに含み、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布する際に、ある数のロボットが、レールシステムに沿って移動することができる態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様3)
ある数の仕上げ化合物のスプレーしぶきを下向きに引き寄せることができる換気システムをさらに含み、翼の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つにある数の仕上げ化合物を塗布している間に、スプレーしぶきが、ある数のロボットのうちの少なくとも1つにより発生する態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様4)
リフトシステムが、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の上側表面および翼の下側表面に塗布するために翼の高さを変化させることができる態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様5)
ある数のロボットが、翼に対する研磨作業と翼に対する洗浄作業とのうちの少なくとも1つを行なうことができる態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様6)
ある数のロボットが、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部および外部に同時に塗布することができる態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様7)
ある数の仕上げ化合物が、上塗り塗料、下塗り、腐食抑制化合物および蝋状油のうちの少なくとも1つから選択される態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様8)
翼が、第1の翼であり、油圧システムが、第2の翼を配置することができ、かつ、ある数のロボットがさらに、ある数の仕上げ化合物を第1の翼および第2の翼上に塗布するためにレールシステムに沿って移動することができる態様2に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様9)
ある数のロボットの少なくとも一部が、ある数の移動可能なロボットである態様1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様10)
ある数の仕上げ化合物のスプレーしぶきを下向きに引き寄せることができる換気システムをさらに含み、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布している間に、スプレーしぶきが、ある数のロボットのうちの少なくとも1つにより発生する態様2に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様11)
ある数のロボットが、翼に対する研磨作業と翼に対する洗浄作業とのうちの少なくとも1つを行なうことができる態様10に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
(態様12)
物体を加工するための方法であって、
リフトシステムを用いて物体を選択された向きに配置し、
物体が選択された向きにある間に、ある数のロボットを用いてある数の仕上げ化合物を物体の内部と物体の外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布する
ことを含む方法。
(態様13)
塗布工程が、
物体が選択された向きにある間に、ある数のロボットを用いてある数の仕上げ化合物を物体の内部および外部に同時に塗布することを含む態様12に記載の方法。
(態様14)
ある数のロボットを用いてある数の仕上げ化合物を物体の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布している間に、ある数のロボットをレールシステム上で移動させることをさらに含む態様12に記載の方法。
(態様15)
塗布工程が、
ある数の仕上げ化合物のうち第1の仕上げ化合物を物体の内部に塗布し、
第1の仕上げ化合物が硬化している間に、ある数の仕上げ化合物のうち第2の仕上げ化合物を物体の外部に塗布すること
を含む態様12に記載の方法。
Claims (7)
- 実質的に水平な姿勢に翼を配置することができるリフトシステムと、
翼が実質的に水平な姿勢にある間に、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部と翼の外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布することができるある数のロボットとを含み、ロボットがある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部および外部に同時に塗布することができる、自動化仕上げシステム。 - レールシステムをさらに含み、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つに塗布する際に、ロボットが、レールシステムに沿って移動することができる請求項1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
- ある数の仕上げ化合物のスプレーしぶきを下向きに引き寄せることができる換気システムをさらに含み、翼の内部と外部とのうちの少なくとも1つにある数の仕上げ化合物を塗布している間に、スプレーしぶきが、ある数のロボットのうちの少なくとも1つにより発生する請求項1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
- リフトシステムが、ある数の仕上げ化合物を翼の上側表面および翼の下側表面に塗布するために翼の高さを変化させることができる請求項1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
- ある数のロボットが、翼に対する研磨作業と翼に対する洗浄作業とのうちの少なくとも1つを行なうことができる請求項1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
- 翼が、第1の翼であり、油圧システムが、第2の翼を配置することができ、かつ、ロボットがさらに、ある数の仕上げ化合物を第1の翼および第2の翼上に塗布するためにレールシステムに沿って移動することができる請求項2に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
- ロボットはタワーに装着されており、タワーがロボットの高さを変化させることができる、請求項1に記載の自動化仕上げシステム。
