Description
本発明は、セシウムタングステン酸化物を赤外線吸収剤として含む二層に関する。セシウムタングステン酸化物は、二層の1つまたは複数の層の中へ取り入れることができる。セシウムタングステン酸化物を取り入れた本発明の二層は、赤外線を阻止するのに有効であり、驚いたことに、セシウムタングステン酸化物剤は、時間と共に許容できないほど劣化することがない。
本発明は、改善されたグレージング二層に関する。本明細書においては、「二層」は、剛性基板とポリマーフィルムとを有し、この間にポリマースタックが配置されている、多層グレージング構造体であり、このポリマースタックは、単一のポリマーシートまたはポリマーシートおよび1つまたは複数の追加のポリマー層を含むことができる。このポリマースタックは、標準の安全ガラスにおける多層中間層と同等であり、単一ポリマーシートまたは単一ポリマーシートと1つまたは複数の追加のポリマー層とが組み合わされて中間層を形成する。
本明細書においては、「ポリマーフィルム」は、図に要素16として示されているように、ポリマースタックの内部で性能増強層として、または二層における外側の層として機能する、比較的薄い、剛性ポリマー層を意味する。本明細書においては、ポリマーフィルムは、ポリマーフィルムがこれ自体で、必要な耐衝撃性およびガラス保持特性を多層グレージング構造体に付与するのではなく、どちらかといえば、赤外線吸収特性などの性能改善をもたらすという点で、ポリマーシートとは異なる。ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)は、ポリマーフィルムとして最も一般的に使用される。
本明細書においては、「ポリマーシート」は、積層グレージングパネルに十分な耐貫通性およびガラス保持特性を付与するポリマースタックとして使用するのに、単独でまたは複数の層のスタックにおいて、適している薄層に、適切ないずれかの方法によって形成される、いずれのポリマー組成物をも意味する。可塑化されたポリ(ビニルブチラール)が、ポリマーシートを形成するために最も一般的に使用される。ポリマーフィルムと組み合わされたポリマースタックは、二層における複合ポリマー成分として使用されうる「ポリマー積層板」である。
Claims (11)
- 単一の剛性基板と、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート製であり、0.1mmから0.26mmの厚さを有するポリマーフィルムと、
前記剛性基板と前記ポリマーフィルムとの間に配置されたポリマースタックと、
を備えた二層グレージングパネルであって、
前記ポリマースタックがポリ(ビニルブチラール)製ポリマーシートを含み、前記パネルがセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、二層グレージングパネル。 - 前記二層グレージングパネルが、800ナノメートルから1000ナノメートルの範囲にある赤外線の少なくとも75%を透過させないようにするのに有効な量でセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- 前記二層グレージングパネルが、800ナノメートルから1000ナノメートルの範囲にある赤外線の少なくとも95%を透過させないようにするのに有効な量でセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- 前記二層グレージングパネルが、0.05〜0.5重量%のセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- 前記二層グレージングパネルが、0.1〜0.3重量%のセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- 前記セシウムタングステン酸化物がCs0.33WO3である、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- 前記ポリマースタックが、前記ポリマーシートと第2ポリマーシートとの間に配置された第2ポリマーフィルムを含む、請求項1に記載の二層グレージングパネル。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート製であり、0.1mmから0.26mmの厚さを有するポリマーフィルムと、
前記ポリマーフィルムに接触して配置されたポリマースタックと、
を備えた、ポリマー積層板であって、
前記ポリマースタックはポリ(ビニルブチラール)製ポリマーシートを含み、前記ポリマー積層板はセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、単一の剛性基板を有する二層積層グレージングにおいて使用するための、ポリマー積層板。 - 前記ポリマー積層板が、0.05〜0.5重量%のセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項8に記載のポリマー積層板。
- 前記ポリマー積層板が、0.1〜0.3重量%のセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、請求項8に記載のポリマー積層板。
- 単一の剛性基板を提供するステップと;
0.1mmから0.26mmの厚さを有するポリマーフィルムを提供するステップと;
ポリマースタックを前記ポリマーフィルムに接触して配置するステップと;
前記ポリマースタックを前記単一の剛性基板に接触して配置するステップと;
前記単一の剛性基板、前記ポリマースタックおよび前記ポリマーフィルムを積層するステップと、
を包含する、二層グレージングパネルの製造方法であって、前記ポリマースタックがポリマーシートを含み、前記二層グレージングパネルパネルがセシウムタングステン酸化物を含む、製造方法。
