Claims (8)
- 90°の開口角度を備えたV字形状の同心溝(8)が中に作り出された2つの封止接触表面を備える、取り外し可能なフランジ継ぎ手の封止のためのくし型両面被覆ガスケット(5、13)において、前記くし型ガスケット(5、13)の両方の封止接触表面上には、前記溝(8)の間に、0.2mm〜0.6mmの一定の幅の同心表面(Y)を構築する1つの平面が作り出され、前記同心溝(8)の底部は、0.3mm〜0.5mmの半径を有する円形部(R)によって作り出され、くし型ガスケット(5、13)の両封止接触表面が封止ホイル又は封止プレート(6、7;17、18)によって被覆され、一方、くし型ガスケット(5、13)の封止接触表面の同心溝(8)は封止ホイル又は封止プレート(6、7;17、18)の体積より少ない体積である、くし型両面被覆ガスケット(5、13)であって、
前記くし型ガスケット(5、13)の前記封止接触表面の各々が、独立した環状部(5a、5b)上に作り出され、前記封止接触表面は、内径上では互いに向かう方向に曲げられ、接触場所内で連結され、一方外側では、前記封止接触表面は、相互に重なり合い、前記封止接触表面の少なくとも一方内に、両方の環状部の連結時に前記環状チャンバを形成する環状くぼみが作り出されることを特徴とする、くし型両面被覆ガスケット(5、13)。 - 前記くし型ガスケット(13)の各々の封止接触表面が、異なる深さの溝(14、15)の少なくとも2つのグループを備え、溝(14、15)の前記個々のグループは、環形状の連続くぼみ(16)によって相互に分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- くし型ガスケット(5、13)の両方の封止接触表面上で、約50°Cの融点の接着剤を用いて、前記封止ホイル又は封止プレート(6、7;17、18)が重ねられることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- 両方の環状部(5a、5b)の連結が溶接部(55a)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- 両方の環状部(5a、5b)の連結が係止オフセット(55b)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- 前記環状チャンバが、正方形又は矩形の断面のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- 前記環状部の少なくとも1つが、軸方向の圧縮力が作用する際、ばね状の可撓性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
- 前記環状チャンバ内では、膨張グラファイトの環状のばね状挿入物(20)が装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のくし型両面被覆ガスケット。
