Description
Claims (35)
- 後頭骨に対する配置のために構成される後頭固定部材を含み、該後頭固定部材は、該後頭固定部材を骨に固定するために、アンカ素子を貫通的に受け入れるための少なくとも1つの孔と、脊椎ロッドをその内側に受け入れるような大きさとされる少なくとも1つの側方装填クランプ部材とを有し、

第一及び第二の細長い脊椎ロッドを含み、前記第一及び第二の脊椎ロッドの各々は、前記後頭固定部材と前記多軸骨ネジとの間に延在するよう構成され、
前記第一及び第二の脊椎ロッドと係合し且つ前記第一及び第二の脊椎ロッドを所望の空間関係に固定するよう構成される架橋コネクタを含み、
前記視覚表示は、色分け、隆起表面、刻み目、回り止め、部分着色、レーザ標識、及び、エッチングのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
脊椎固定システム。 - 前記後頭固定部材は、後頭板と複数のアイレットコネクタとのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎固定システム。
- 前記後頭固定部材は、少なくとも1つの固定孔を含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎固定システム。
- 前記後頭固定部材を後頭部に固定するために、前記少なくとも1つの固定孔を通じて挿入可能な骨ネジをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の脊椎固定システム。
- 骨セグメントに対する配置のために構成される外科用固定板であって、

少なくとも2つのクランプ部材を含み、1つのクランプ部材は、前記第一横方向側部及び前記第二横方向側部の各々から横方向に延び、各クランプ部材は、ロッド受入れ部分を有し、各クランプ部材は、前記ロッド受入れ部分と連絡して貫通して延びる孔を含み、該孔は、前記ロッド受入れ部分内に脊椎ロッドを係止するために、係止素子を受け入れるよう構成され、
