Claims (4)
- 車両のための駆動機構であって、
駆動源と、入力シャフトと出力シャフトとを有し且つハウジングを備える変速装置と、前記駆動源と前記変速装置との間に存在し且つ前記駆動源に接続される第一クラッチ部分と前記変速装置の前記入力シャフトに接続される第二クラッチ部分とを含むクラッチと、前記第一クラッチ部分に接続される入力部と前記変速装置の前記出力シャフトに接続される出力部とを有する変速装置モジュールとを含み、
該変速装置モジュールは、ブレーキ、並びに、接続歯車、及び、3つの回転部材を含む衛星歯車組を含み、それらのうち、第一回転部材は、前記入力部に接続され、第二回転部材は、前記出力部を形成する前記接続歯車に接続され、第三回転部材は、前記ブレーキに接続され、
前記変速装置モジュールは、インサートスリーブを含み、該インサートスリーブは、前記クラッチ又は前記変速装置の前記ハウジングを動作するための動作シリンダに接続可能であり或いは該動作シリンダと一体的であり、前記接続歯車は、前記インサートスリーブ上で軸受支持され、
前記変速装置モジュールは、前記変速装置の前記ハウジングに対して据え付け可能であり或いは前記変速装置の前記ハウジングと一体的であるハウジングプレートと、2つの封止リングとを含み、それらのうち、第一封止リングは、前記ハウジングプレート又はハウジングと前記接続歯車又は前記接続歯車に直接的に接続される接続スリーブとの間に収容され、第二封止リングは、前記接続歯車又は前記接続歯車に接続される接続スリーブと前記インサートスリーブとの間に収容されることを特徴とする、
駆動機構。 - 前記入力部は、接続プレートによって形成され、該接続プレートは、前記衛星歯車組の前記第一回転部材に結合するためのスプラインを備え、且つ、前記第一クラッチ部材に接続可能であり或いは前記第一クラッチ部材と一体的であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記ブレーキは、作動手段を含み、該作動手段は、少なくとも3つのブレーキシリンダと、該ブレーキシリンダ内に存在するブレーキプランジャと、前記ブレーキシリンダの中に存在するブレーキラインとを含み、前記作動手段は、前記変速装置の前記ハウジング内に別個に据え付けられる閉塞的な油圧ユニットを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記ブレーキシリンダ及び前記ブレーキラインは、1つのプラスチックユニットとして配置される、請求項3に記載の駆動機構。
