Description
Claims (4)
- 第1の基板と第2の基板により液晶層を挟み込んだ構造の光スイッチング部材と、
前記光スイッチング部材の背面側に配置され、その少なくとも一側面に少なくとも1つの光導入部を一体に有する熱可塑性材料製の導光板と、
前記導光板の少なくとも一の側面に配置された光源と、
を有し、
前記光導入部は、前記導光板の平面視において、前記光導入部の端面である入射面から、前記光源から遠ざかる方向にほぼ一定の幅を保って延びる第1の部分と、前記第1の部分から、前記光源から遠ざかる方向に広がる形状をしている第2の部分とを備え、少なくとも前記第2の部分は、前記導光板の前面になだらかに連続する傾斜面により前記導光板の前面に接続される、液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1の部分の側面は、前記導光板の前面方向に向かうに従い、前記第1の部分の幅が小さくなる向きに傾斜している
請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1の部分の厚みは、ほぼ一定である
請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記光導入部は複数設けられており、
前記光導入部に挟まれた部分または前記光導入部と前記導光板の端部に挟まれた、前記光導入部よりも薄い光非導入部を有する
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
