Claims (6)
- 鉄道車両の台車枠に設けられた主電動機の回転軸に取り付けられた小歯車と、前記台車枠に設けられた車軸に取り付けられ前記小歯車とかみ合い回転力を伝える大歯車とを歯車箱に収めて成る鉄道車両用歯車装置であって、
前記大歯車の外周面と前記歯車箱の内面とが対向する位置に設置され、前記大歯車で掻き上げられた潤滑油を導入し、この潤滑油に含まれる水分を除去する脱水装置を備え、
前記脱水装置は、前記脱水装置から前記大歯車の外周面までの長さが、前記脱水装置から前記小歯車の外周面までの長さよりも小さくなる位置に設置されていることを特徴とする鉄道車両用歯車装置。 - 前記脱水装置は、
前記車軸と前記小歯車軸とを結ぶ線の延長線上よりも上側に形成された空間に配設され、または、前記延長線上よりも下側に形成された空間に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用歯車装置。 - 前記脱水装置は、
吸着剤を内包すると共に、前記大歯車で掻き上げられた前記潤滑油を前記吸着剤へ導入する導入部と前記吸着剤で水分が除去された潤滑油を排出する排出部とが形成され、前記歯車箱に着脱可能に形成された筐体と、
前記導入部に設けられ前記潤滑油に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタと、
前記排出部に設けられ前記吸着剤が前記筐体から流出することを阻止するフィルタと、
を備え、
前記歯車箱には、前記延長線上よりも上側または下側、かつ、前記噛合部と対向する面に形成され、歯車箱の外部から内部の方向に前記筐体を挿入可能な開口部を有するフランジが形成され、
前記開口部に挿入された前記筐体は、締結部材によって前記フランジに固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉄道車両用歯車装置。 - 前記フランジと前記筐体との間にはシール材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鉄道車両用歯車装置。
- 前記脱水装置は、
吸着剤を内包すると共に、前記大歯車で掻き上げられた前記潤滑油を前記吸着剤へ導入する導入部と前記吸着剤で水分が除去された潤滑油を排出する排出部とが形成され、前記歯車箱に着脱可能に形成された筐体と、
前記導入部に設けられ前記潤滑油に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタと、
前記排出部に設けられ前記吸着剤が前記筐体から流出することを阻止するフィルタと、
を備え、
前記歯車箱には、前記延長線上よりも上側または下側、かつ、前記大歯車の側面と対向する面に形成され、歯車箱の外部から内部の方向に前記筐体を挿入可能な開口部を有するフランジが形成され、
前記開口部に挿入された前記筐体は、締結部材によって前記フランジに固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉄道車両用歯車装置。 - 前記フランジと前記筐体との間にはシール材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鉄道車両用歯車装置。
