Claims (8)
- 金属板から形成された本体(C)を備えるタイプの容器であって、本体(C)が、上端縁(10a)および下端縁(10b)を有する筒状側壁(10)と、それぞれの上部および下部二重シーム(11a,12a)によって上端縁(10a)および下端縁(10b)に取り付けられる上壁(11)および下壁(12)とを備えるものにおいて、上部二重シーム(11a)および下部二重シーム(11b)のうちの少なくとも1つの近くで、互いに平行でかつ隣接する複数の円周方向フリーズ(20)によって形成され、かつ筒状側壁(10)の一定の軸方向延長部分を占める円周方向変形領域(RS,RI)を、前記筒状側壁(10)が有し、
各フリーズ(20)が、筒状側壁(10)の軸に対して、45°と90°の間の角度(α)を規定する平面に配置されるその端部区間(21)を有するZ字形状の輪郭を有し、前記端部区間(21)が、前記軸に対して傾斜される中央区間(22)によって互いに結合され、それぞれの端部区間(21)に対して、90°より大きくない角度(β)を規定し、2つの連続するフリーズ(20)の隣接する端部区間(21)が、同一平面にあり、かつそれらの対向する端部によって、それぞれの中央区間(22)に互いに結合されることを特徴とする、容器。 - 各フリーズ(20)の端部区間(21)と中央区間(22)の接合点が、隣接する中央区間(22)および端部区間(21)と一致した丸みのある頂部(23)によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 各丸みのある頂部(23)が、各フリーズ(20)の端部区間(21)の径方向延長部分の1/2と2/3の間に規定される値を有する曲げ半径「r」を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の容器。
- フリーズ(20)の中央区間(22)が、筒状側壁(10)の輪郭の軸方向投影(PA)と交差することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 各フリーズ(20)の中央区間(22)および各連続する2つのフリーズ(20)の同一平面にある端部区間(21)が、筒状側壁(10)の輪郭の軸方向投影(PA)に対して対称であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 上部円周方向変形領域(RS)のフリーズ(20)の中央区間(22)が、上部二重シーム(11a)から下向きにかつ径方向外向きに傾斜されるが、下部円周方向変形領域(RI)のフリーズ(20)の中央区間(22)が、下部二重シーム(12a)から上向きにかつ径方向外向きに傾斜されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 各上部円周方向変形領域(RS)および下部円周方向変形領域(RI)が、軸方向に最も外のフリーズ(20)の端部区間(21)によって隣接する上部二重シーム(11a)および下部二重シーム(12a)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 筒状側壁(10)が、正方形断面、0.34mmの金属板厚さ、および18リットルの容積容量を有し、各円周方向変形領域(RS,RI)が、それぞれの1つが7.5mmの高さ、および9mmの全幅を有する4つのフリーズ(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
