Claims (9)
- 空の容器を突固める装置(1)であって、空の容器を圧縮して穴あけするように構成されている少なくとも1つのローラ(1a,1b)を含み、ローラ(1a,1b)がローラ本体(2a,2b)とローラ本体(2a,2b)から突出する少なくとも1つのピン素子(3)とを持っているものにおいて、ピン素子(3)が渦巻き状に巻かれる弾性板から成る渦巻きばねピンとして構成されていることを特徴とする、装置。
- ローラ本体(2a,2b)が少なくとも1つの受入れ部(4)を持ち、受入れ部(4)へピン素子(3)が摩擦結合により差込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ローラ本体(2a,2b)がローラ軸線(8a,8b)に沿って少なくとも1 つの第1部分(6)及び少なくとも1つの第2部分(7)を持ち、第1部分(6)が第2部分(7)の第2の直径より大きい第1の直径を持つように構成され、少なくとも1つのピン素子(3)が少なくとも1つの第1部分(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ピン素子(3)が少なくとも1つの第1部分(6)に均一にずれて設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 複数のピン素子(3)が、複数の第1部分(6)に、部分(6)から部分(6)へ均一にずれて設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 装置が、互いに平行に間隔をおいて設けられている1つの第1ローラ(1a)及び1つの第2ローラ(1b)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の装置。
- 第1ローラ(1a)の少なくとも1つのピン素子(3)が第2ローラ(1b)の2つの第1部分(6)の間の中間範囲(9)へはまり、第2ローラ(1b)の少なくとも1つのピン素子(3)が第1ローラ(1a)の2つの第1部分(6)の間の中間範囲(9)へはまるように、第1ローラ(1a)と第2ローラ(1b)が互いに間隔をおいていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 装置が、少なくとも1つのローラ(1a,1b)へ容器を供給する供給装置(13)を更に含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのローラ(1a,1b)により引込まれない容器が供給装置(13)により連行されて、引込みのため再び少なくとも1つのローラ(1a,1b)へ供給されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
